I take my heels off and walk into the living room and stretch out on the sofa
"Hmm...let me think about that..." she fakes contemplation.
Her fingers trail through her hair in the sexiest fashion. "Well not really an idiot,sometimes maybe but usually my husband is this really intelligent and sexy computer programmer who is exceptionally good in bed." she replies sweetly but honestly.
Taking her heels off she stolls into the living room and sits down on the sofa. Taking this oppertunity I loosen my tie and go ovre to my stereo. It takes a minute for me to unload all the 'guy' music. Putting in something soft and soothing I allow the melody to wash over me. I approach my goddess and kneel before her.
"May I have this dance?"

One minute we were dancing, and the next Maria was backing away. "I'm gonna lose her," she says, and then shimmers off. Following her, I shimmer to the manor, where Liz is laying, covered in twice as much blood as Remus had lost yesterday. Quickly running over I turned to Maria.
"What happened?" Michael questions coming up along side me. I didn't even notice his entrance which tells you how zoned I am.
"I. I. don't know. I just felt her d... She's slipping and I can feel it. As if It was happening to me. It must be apart of our connection. We have to do something." I stammer unable to stop the flood of tears.

She accepts my hand witha gracious reply, "I'd love to dance with you."
My left hand encloses hers while the other lands on the small of her back drawing her body to mine.
She closes her eyes and rests her head on my chest while her fingertips wreak havioc on my senses. Stroking the back of my neck she unleashes the power she so subtly has over me. Slowly we spin around the room oblivious to all others that may interrupt.
"Thank you for making me the happiest man in the world." I state capturing her lips for a deep and intense kiss.

"She insisted on riding this bloody huge motorbike so I went along with her...next thing I knew we both were lying on the road." Remus tries desperately to explain the happening to michael who has worry etched across his pained expression.
"I got her here as soon I as I could." he assures us still clutching her. His eyes dart to mine and I see the guilt that is laced within them.
"I'm sorry Maria." He mumbles before his gaze returns back to my sister who is slowly losing her grip on life.
"It's going to be okay." I tell him although I don't know who i am trying to convince more. Poor Remus or myself.
If Liz dies I'll just curl up and pass away right along with her. She's my sister but more than that she's been my life force. Without her I have no reason to continue attempting to do good in the world. She must know that.
