Max
Taking a step forward I stand behind Liz and Maria my left hand resting gently on Liz's shoulder because I know this could and probally will be the last time I get to touch her.
I think that deep down we all knew this day would come. The day that the council would part us from our lovers without mercy. Now, standing here I don't find myself regretting these past few months or was it years...I have lost track of the time I have spent with these wonderful people, the people I now consider my family. Instead I am trying my best to burn every moment and memory I was in this house or with these people,especially Liz into my mind..
Of course I am saddened by the thought of being seperated from these people, even I an angel am sad, sometimes even angry. But the happiness out weighs the bad.

I feel Max's hand on my shoulder. I bite my lip before taking a step forward.
"Please...this is all my fault. As the eldest I take full responsibility of recent events" I say loudly.

"Its not your fault Liz...its mine and I will take the blame." I whisper to Liz before raising my voice to almost a shout.
"As the charmed one's protector I failed them. I fell in love with the eldest of the sisters and although I knew she would be punished if I acted on my feelings I did anyway. I also allowed Maria to fall for a demon. So if anyone should be punished it is me."

Max and Liz both fight over who's to blame for this entire situation. I look on with both confusion and amazement. They really love each other. Both are willing to give each other up for the greater good. Well, label me selfish. Michael and I will be together. With or without the council's support. Steeping forward defiantly I eye the members confidently.
"I am NOT sorry. Yes, I fell in love with a hald demon, but he is a good man who has helped save the world more than many angels have. I do not deserve to be punished for what my heart feels. Nor do they!"
I point to my sister and her tortured lover. Both seemed stunned at my boldness. What? Did they think I'd let them do this to us without a fight.
A white haired elder who appears to have a personal vendetta against me rises with a less than amsused expression.
"You are always the trouble maker. You forget your place Charmed One. You serve us. Your premintions come directly from the power we bestow upon you." he growls unable to mask his apprehension.
"Fine. Then take them away. I've had enough problems because of my 'supposed' gifts. If I have to give up the love of my life to obtain them then I don't want 'em. You can have that heartache back." I yell facing the council head on. No one orders Ria Deluca around.
"You don't know what your asking." he sneers brushing off my request. "It is a great honor to do what you do to be who you are."
"I know exactly what I'm saying. Being a Charmed One isn't all that I am. I'm still me. Marianna Deluca. Powers or no powers he'll still love me." I assure them all but my gaze never wavering from the old man's.
"Are you quite certain? He is a demon after all, and demons are not to be trusted. Regardless of your petty emotions there is a much bigger risk at stake here. Without the Charmed One's the world is in grave danger. We must let 'The Exalted One' sort this out." he concludes taking a step backwards as if to end the discussion.
I give Max and Liz a questioning glance. The Exhalted One?

Liz takes my hand and instantly I feel braver. I will not take this lying down. Curiocity gets the best of me and I can't help but ponder aloud. "Who is the Exhaulted One?"
The elders all bow in a respectful stance and I have to curb the urge to do the same. An extremely beautiful woman strolls into the room and there is a glow around her. We all stand stunned unsure of what to say. There is a definete air about her. One of a gentle firmness that accompanies great power.
She seems to float forward and smiles upon seeing our amazed reaction. "Hello." she greets us her voice is both soft and booming. How can that be? "It's wonderful to finally me able to meet you face to face. I've been watching you your entire lives. It is only now that I could make myself known. I hope the council has treated you fairly." she states looking around at the cowering gentlemen.
"They conviently forgot to set out the welcome wagon." I mutter bitterly as my eyes fall upon the rude man who had chastised me before.
"Ah Marianna. Elizabeth, Tessa, The all powerful Charmed Ones. Allow me to introduce myself. I don't have an earthly name. Such endeavors is far bellow a entity of my stature, but you may refer to me as Aaliyah."
I shift anxiously from one foot to another. Okay, it's official I'm nervous around this... uh woman. I look to my older sister for strength she appears to be just as confused.
"I'm sure you know why we have summoned you here. What do you have to say in defense of you actions?" she questions with a tone of finality.
