I was so relieved when Alex showed up,I took his hans immediately and walked away from Victor.He had been giving me the creeps.Somehow he had changed,I couldn't quite put my finger on it but there was a change in him,and not for the better.

"Or maybe I'm just a good learner," I say, liking the way her head feels on my shoulder. This constant movement is soothing, and right now I feel like we are the only two in the room.

"Gosh, don't get so overprotective of your teaching skill," I say, smiling. "Or I might have to do something drastic." I pull her closer and quickly give her a kiss on the forehead. "I hope your mother isn't watching," I add, grinning widely.

I saw Duke Van Dyke standing across the room by himself after he'd danced with Isabel so I went over to him

"I saw you dancing with my cousin,Isabel.Do you two know eachother from before?"


Victor

"Yes,we do actually" I answered,then noticing his enquiring look I added "my younger sister and she went to the same finishing school in Switzerland.Isabel had visited my home a few times during the vacations,they both are good friends you see."


Kyle

"Oh that explains things.She will be staying here for the next few weeks,as are my other step-cousins." I chatted not knowing that Isabel would have killed me for telling him all that
"I plan to host a party just for us youngsters in another few days,maybe you could join us if you are free."


Victor

"Sounds great.I'll be there."

"Yes that was him" I said looking at him
