Liz knew the most important thing right now was to take care of Ryan. he was in the middle of this and Liz knew he had to be cared for. Ryan was downstairs Eating with his grandparents. She came downstairs and saw How happy Ryan was. As she turned she saw sean. She didnt want to deal with him now, not today, not anyday. She started to head back up the stairs but He grabbed her by the arm.

“Wait we need to talk” He said.

“We already talked” Liz said glancing at him and telling him to let go of her arm. Sean let go of her.

“ Look, I know I screwed up. Max understands and So we can go back to LA and make things right” Sean said. Liz looked at him confused.

“What do you mean max understands?” Liz asked curiously.

“He said that he would keep his distance”

“ Sean I cant be married to you anymore! I dont want to deal with this right now. Please just go back to LA with your girlfriend and leave me alone.” Liz said as she went over to ryan and her parents and sat down.


Max heard his apartment door open and tess walked in. He didnt say anything to her, he just flipped the channels on the tv. Tess sat down beside him.

“Where have you been?” She asked. As she snuggled up closer to him.

“None of your business” Max said as he turned the tv off.

“geez dont get snappy with me I just asked a question” Tess said.

“What are you doing here? your the last person I mean very last person I want to see. your right there on the top with sean” Max said as he got up.

“What is wrong with you?” Tess said.

“you thats my problem!” Max yelled.

“What the hell did I do?” tess asked curiously.

“Nothing, I'm sorry I'm just worked up everythinvg in is crazy right now” Max said softly.

“How can I make it uncrazy?” Tess said as she wrapped her arms around his waist.

“I dont know”Max said moving in closer to her, he realized what he was doing and stopped himself.

“Why did you pull away?” tess asked softly.

“I cant do this”Max said as he left the apartment. max then realized he needed to change, That he wasnt going to take Sean's threats and that he realized what he wanted was Liz. He needed to tell her about Seans threats. Sean couldnt put him in jail for talking to Liz. He had every right to talk to Liz. Max had many things to work out before he could tell Liz that how he still felt about her.
