Chapter 10


Kyle waited patiently in the waiting room while they examined tess. He was angry and upset how could any man do this to someone.

“Ms harding. Were going to exam you ok. Were going to do a serious of test” The doctor said.

“Ok. Can kyle be in here with me? I’m really scared” she said softly.

“ Yes I don’t see why not. You need all the support you can get I will go get him” The doctor said. Kyle came into the exam with her. The test were over before they knew it. Tess sat there sliently for a moment before she spoke.

“This is my fault” She said as she started to cry.

“No it isn’t your fault. No one deserves to be raped” Kyle said. Tess cried in his arms.


Sean watched Liz from a distance. She was so hot pregnant. Even more hotter then that bitch tess. ‘dam it felt good’ he thought as he relived his so called moment glory. He watched a pregnant liz cross the street. He wanted her more then anything but had to get rid of her half wit boyfriend max. It was time to make another move. He pulled out his self phone and dialed Liz’s number, he wanted to make sure that max wouldn’t be there. The machine picked up and he quickly hung up.

“your going to be mine Liz” he said as he made his way to the car.

Tess just laid there in her bed. She wouldn’t move. The doctor sent her home and told her to come back in a couple of days. She was numb. Kyle sat and watched her laying there on the bed curled up in ball.

“tess you have to get up. You cant lay here like this forever” Kyle said hoping she would move.

“ Just leave me alone” tess said laying there.

“He has won if you lay here like this” Kyle said.

“Go away” tess said.

“I care about you tess and Im not leaving you like this” kyle said.

“If you cared about me you would leave” Tess said.

“Im not leaving you like this” Kyle said brushing her hair out her eyes. Tears were running down her face.

“Please don’t touch me!” Tess yelled as she sat up and pushed her knees up to her chin.


Liz was trying to unlock the door but was having problems with the lock. She fumbled with the keys and dropped them. She bent down to pick them up but someone beat it to her. She looked up and saw Sean.

“Sean” She said as she started to back up.

“Hey baby” He said with a smile.

“Get out of here or I will call the police” Liz said fumbling through her bag for her cell phone.

“No need to do that.” He said.

“get away from me” she said.

“Now Why would I want to do that? Your so hot I cant stay away from you.” He came closer to her but Liz kicked him hard. She started to run but Sean ran after her and grabbed her. He grabbed her hard and pulled her towards the wall she hit the wall hard.

“Let go of me!” Liz yelled.

“ dam girl your hot. I want you now”,

“Please don’t hurt me or my baby please” Liz said pleading with him.

“ God your even hotter then that bitch Tess” Sean said as he kissed her. Liz then kicked him again and keeled over in pain. Liz ran to her car and jumped in she sped off. She ended up driving to Michaels. She banged on the door. Michael opened it and Liz practically keeled over in pain. Michael called 911.

Several hours later -

Liz laid in the hospital max came rushing into the room.

“Max” Liz said as she hugged him.

“Please tell me everything is ok” He said holding her. She pulled away and looked at him seriously.

“The doctor said it was a close call. I could of lost both babies” Liz said looking at him with a smile.

“Oh god! Thank you!” But he suddenly stopped short realizing what she had just said.

“both babies?” Max asked curiously.

“were having twins” liz said

Kyle had made tess some hot tea. He had to her to eat or drink something. She sat up slowly sipping it.

“Get some rest” Kyle said as he started to leave the room.

“Kyle! don’t leave me” She said as she sat down her tea and hugged him.

“I wont I promise” Kyle said.

“Just hold me and tell me everything is ok” Tess said.

“Were having twins?” Max said.

“yes. They did an ultrasound to check the babies and they found two heartbeats instead of one. They said it was a close call. If…he would of pushed me against that wall harder I probably would of lost both of them” Liz said.

“Oh god” Max said as he held liz.


The next morning Liz was able to go home. She was still a little sore but the doctors said she would be fine and that babies were progressing along in the womb. Max was at her side like the secret service for the president. Max was relieved that the babies were ok and that liz was ok. He wasn’t relieved that sean had something to do with this.

“The doctor said to get plenty of rest. That means the bed for you missy” max said.

“Sounds good to me as long as your in it with me” Liz said with an evil grin.

“ It means no sex missy” Max said with a smile.

“Dam!” Liz said.

“What about sean? Are the police looking for him?” Max asked.

“The police asked me a bunch of questions and They said something else I thought Was odd” Liz said.

“What was that?” Max asked.

“Something about this was the same guy that was involved in the harding case”

“What?” max asked.

“I don’t know but Im going to find out.”

“Let it alone liz. Let the police deal with everything. You just get in bed get rest and make sure those babies are fed and healthy in there” Max said poking her belly that looked like it gotten somewhat bigger.

“We havent even picked out baby names yet” Liz said touching her tummy.

“We will think about that while your resting” Max said as he pushed her down the hall in wheel chair and into the elevator.

“Wait Im starving can we get something from the cafeteria” Liz asked.

“Sure” max said.
He couldn’t sit there and watch Liz stuff her face. Where was she going to put all that? He thought as he watched her.

“What?” She said looking at funny.

“Nothing” max said.

“Why are you looking at me like that?” She asked.

“Babe you have food hanging out of your mouth” Max said wiping her face.

“My bad” Liz said. Max laughed. She was eating for two and now she was eating for three. And it seemed to max her craving were getting weirder and weirder. She watched Liz dip pickles into her chocolate pudding. Max felt like throwing up.

Kyle woke in tess’s bed and found tess gone. He started to panic. He heard a noise in the bathroom and went into the bathroom. He found tess sitting in the tub with the shower on. She was crying her eyes out.

“ Tess” Kyle said. She had her knees all the way to her chin.

“I feel so dirty!” tess yelled as she sat in the tub.

“your not dirty” Kyle said. Kyle helped her out of the tub. He got a towel and wrapped it around her. She was shaking.

“ you need to talk to someone about this” Kyle said.

“no” tess said sitting on the bed.

“It would help if you did” Kyle said.

“ I cant” tess said.

“I’m going to push you if your not ready. I’ll be here for you” Kyle said holding her.

“ I have to get my mind off things. Kyle promise me you wont tell anyone about what happened” Tess said as she hugged him.

“I wont” Kyle whispered.

“You’ve been nothing but caring and kind and I treated you badly” tess said softly.

“ Its ok” Kyle said as tess pulled away.

“ No its not. I treated liz horrible too. And I guess this is my punishment” Tess said with tears in her eyes.

“ No its not” Kyle said.

“I tried to apologize to liz. And…she kicked me out! God I am idiot! I deserve this!” Tess said practically in tears.

“No one deserves to raped and violated by anyone! Not even a person as special as you! You mean the world to me tess harding. And that’s why I am here. I am sean deluca for doing this to you!” Kyle said. Tess looked up at him. She couldn’t believe he just said that. No one had ever said anything like that to her.

“you’re the first person who have ever said I was the world to them” Tess said softly. Kyle wiped her tears from her eyes.

“That’s because you are. I…know this is a bad time to say this but….I’ve had the biggest crush on you ever since you walked into our high school biology class” Kyle said. Tess smiled she knew all about that. She felt better now.

“There is that smile” Kyle said.

“I need…to get some air” tess said as she went into the bathroom and grabbed some clothes. She really did need some air. She just started walking and she ended up on Liz’s doorstep. She knocked softly. Max was exhausted they had just gotten home not even an hour ago and someone was knocking on the door. He opened the door and was surprised to see tess.

“Tess” he said softly.

“Look Im…not hear to start trouble I need to talk to liz” Tess said.

“That really isn’t a good idea. Look we almost lost the babies because Of sean” max said.

“Babies?” Tess asked curiously,

“Yeah liz is going to have twins” Max said.

“That’s…great. Look I…really need to talk to liz” tess said.

“If you insist” max said letting her in. Liz came out of the bedroom and was surprised to see tess.

“Whatever it is I really don’t care” Liz said sitting down on the couch.

“I had a really rough couple of days. I’m just going to come out and say this. Sean….he…raped me” Tess said trying to hold back the tears.

“Your joking right?” Liz said. Liz seen the tears in her eyes she knew she wasn’t lying.

“No Im not. I could really talk to someone. Kyle has been there for me but I need to talk to you” tess said.

“Why me? We hate each other. And Im sorry he raped you.” Liz said seeing the pain in her eyes. Before she knew what she was doing they were both hugging each other.

“ Sean has hurt us both and we need each others support right now” tess said. Max watched as Liz and tess talked about what had happened. He was hoping they would team up and put seans sorry in jail where he belongs. He despised tess but then he realized no one deserves to be raped and violated, not even someone is your worst enemy. And in the long run maybe liz and tess will finally become friends.

Chapter 11


“We have to go to police” Max said softly.

“tess has already done that.” Liz said as she paced back and fourth in the kitchen.

“The question is will they find him. And what if comes back after you. And stop pacing you need to rest” Max said stopping her.

“I cant help it. Now I am worried” Liz said. Maria came into the apartment and seen tess sitting on the couch.

“What the hell are you doing here?” Maria asked. Liz stepped in front of maria.

“Maria” Liz said.

“I heard you were out of the hospital. I went down there and they said you left and I walk in and here see her” maria said.

“Look I’ll leave” tess said as she walked to the door.

“What is she doing here?” maria asked.

“Look I…cant tell you whats going on right now. But I promise I will later. But here is some good news. The babies are doing fine” Liz said with a smile. It register with maria at first.

“babies?” she said pointing to liz’s pregnant tummy.

“as in two. Im having twins” Liz said.

“What! Oh my god! Now tell me what is going on with tess?” Maria said with a concerned face.

“Do you know where sean is?” Liz asked.

“What?” maria asked.

“look…the police are looking for sean. He….raped tess the a few days ago” Liz said.

“What?! Oh my god your kidding right?” maria said sitting down.

“No I’m not” Liz said with a serious look.

“Oh god that bastard! I know I hate tess but…she didn’t deserve to be raped by him. I feel so stupid for being so rude to her!” Maria said.

“You didn’t know until now. Look we need to find sean before he tries to hurt me again or someone else” Liz said.

“I’ll help you and tess put that bastard I call a cousin in jail” Maria said.

“Liz you need to rest” Max said taking her by the hand.
“Listen to your man and rest. Take care of my two little nieces or nephews in there” Maria said as she pointed at liz’s tummy.

“I will” Liz said cuddling up to max.

Later on -

Maria pulled up to her mothers house. She walked in and found her mother and sean arguing.

“why are the police looking for you sean?” Amy deluca asked. Maria came between them.

“I know why. He raped tess harding” Maria said looking into eyes.

“what?” Amy delcua asked.

“ He tried to rape liz when they were dating, then he almost killed her unborn babies and raped tess” maria said wanting to spit in his face.

“Is this true” Amy asked.

“That tess bitch she is just trying to get back at me. I didn’t rape her. She willingly had sex with me. We were drunk and she took me up her room” Sean said with a smile.

“Liar!” Maria said.

“And the whole liz thing. She blows everything out of proportion! I sware I just wanted to talk and she started freaking out and she fell.” sean said.

“You’re a fucking liar!” Maria yelled as her mother kept her from punching him in the jaw.

“Maria sit down!” Amy said.

“yeah ria sit down!” Sean said.

“bastard!” Maria yelled.

“ If its all a misunderstanding then you need to tell the police that” Amy said.

“No need” Sean said. Maria went outside and pulled out her cell phone. She quickly dialed the police.

“What the fuck are you doing?” sean asked taking the phone from her.

“Putting your sorry ass in jail!” Maria yelled.

The police pulled up several minutes later. They handcuffed sean and put maria in the back of the cruiser to keep her from trying anything. They took sean down to the station to straighten things out. Maria explained everything to the police.

“We have evidence that indicates he did rape ms harding. When she was taken to the hospital they kept her clothes for evidence. He will be booked and charged” the officer said.

“Does tess need to come down and speak with you?” Maria asked.

“yes and ms parker needs to come down and press chargers to for the incident with her” the officer said.

“thank you I’’ll tell them to come down. But first can I talk to sean” Maria said. The officer let her to the back where they were holding sean.

“ Well…” maria said sitting across from him.

“Go to hell” sean said.

“ Your hurt a lot of people. I will never ever speajk to your sorry ass again. I hope you rott in jail for you done! You bastard!” Maria said as she walked off.

“ Kiss my ass bitch!” Sean said.

“ Do you kiss your mamma with that mouth?” Maria said as she waved and said good bye.



Several hours later -

Maria walked into Michael’s apartment. He was laughing with serena at the television probably something stupid that maria never did get. Michael looked up and seen the look on her face.

“Whats wrong? Oh god its liz isn’t it” Michael said.

“Yes and no. Can..We talk privately?” Maria said motioning to serena.

“I get it you want some alone time with your girl here. Im going to go grab something descent to eat” Serena said as she left the apartment.

“Im not even going to comment on that” Maria said as she plopped down on the couch.

“Whats going on?” Michael asked.

“Sean is in jail for raping tess” Maria said.

“What?” Michael said plopping down next to her.

“ yeah. Liz is having twins. The babies are ok after what happened. And…I feel bad for tess and I think I should go talk to her” Maria said.

“No one deserves to be raped.” Michael said.

“I know” Maria said hugging Michael tightly.

“Are you upset because he is in jail?” Michael asked holding her.

“No. Im upset because he I cant believe I am related to someone who can be so cruel and hurt so many people” Maria said.

“Its over you don’t have to worry about him anymore” Michael said.

“Are you sure?” Maria said softly.

“Yes Im sure he will probably be in jail for a while” Michael said.

“God its been a long day.” maria said as she got up and went to the kitchen. Michael followed her to the kitchen.

“I was thinking” Michael started.

“Thinking what?” Maria said as she pulled a bottle of Snapple tea out of the frige.

“Maybe you and I…should live together” Maria looked at him and suddenly her tea sprayed out of her mouth all over Michael.

“Thank you” Michael said.

“What! Are you kidding! That’s a big step! I…I…” Maria started to panic.

“I mean you’re here all the time anyways. You come in uninvited. And I Think your would make a good friend for serena” Michael said.

“I…what? I…I don’t know..I mean we ….oh god” Maria said as she paced the floor.

“Breath” Michael said.

“ You want me to live with you?” Maria asked.

“Yes why not?” Michael asked.

“ because I…I..just don’t know” Maria said as she plopped down on the couch.

“ I know you’ve had a hard day and I know I kind of threw this on you but I think it’s a good idea” Michael said.

“Wow you’ve been thinking hard about this havent you? What brought this up?” maria asked.

“When…we..kissed” Michael said.

“What? I…this is too much for me right now” Maria said as she started to leave. But Michael stopped her.

“Ever since we kissed. I cant stop thinking about you. The way your falls across your shoulders. The way you smile…and the way you annoy me to death. I want that all the time. I …want you as a friend and…..a girlfriend” Michael said.

“What?” Maria said.
“ Are you comprehending everything I am saying?” Michael asked.

“Yeah..I..” Michael was tired of fooling around. He grabbed her and kissed her passionately.

“I want you more then anything” Michael said pinning her to the door.

“I…we cant do this” Maria said softly.

“What?” Michael said backing away.

“I…care about you..but…I just cant do this” Maria said as she hurried out the door. Michael went to follow her.

“Wait” Michael said.

“ I have to go” Maria said as she got in her car and drove off. As she drove she thought about it. She wasn’t ready. She cared about Michael but she wasn’t ready. She was scared out of her mind. Michael Guerin wanted her. ‘god’ she thought as she pulled up into her mothers drive way. ‘ im not ready’ she said to herself. Too much has happened and she couldn’t breath she couldn’t think.
