I feel someone wrap their arms around me and know it's Angel. I smile and his touch.

"Hey do you know where Leo and Lor are?"He asks. I shake my head. "Nope, why?" I ask him. Grabbing a book and shutting my locker.

~Lor~

We were getting further and further into the kiss when the seat fell back and I was now lying on top of him.

"Oops, sorry," He says, "New car."

"It all right." I say smiling as I kiss him again.

"It all right." Lor says, kissing me again. Smiling, I bring one hand up to trace circles on her back as she deepens the kiss. My senses are on overload, and without meaning to, I'm pulled into her mind. All she seems to be thinking about is me, so I smile again and try to pull out of it, focusing on the kiss instead. You can always tell when someone reads your mind, and I never do it without permission.

"Do think it's possible that he got Lor to skip?" I asked.

"I'm asking because neither of them showed up today."

OCC: I went over what was already written a couple of times before coming up with this. I hope I got everything right. I’m assuming Chris and Roxie aren’t together yet but are at the “just friends” stage. If I goof up let me know and I’ll fix it.

I grab my books for the first two periods because I never have time between first and second to go back to my locker. My eyes keep glancing over at Chris at his locker. I wonder what he had to tell me about Meta Chem earlier. I wonder what he’s wearing under those jeans.

I cringe at that thought and shake my head. I wish I could rid myself of these feelings for Chris that popped up over the last year. I mean I realize that they’ve always been there but I was happily ignorant of them until Chris asked out Bethany Long last year and yeah, they only went on one date but I was still so upset I couldn’t see straight. I couldn’t figure out why until I realized that I wanted to be the one Chris asked to the movies and only me. Sure we hang out and everything but that’s because we’re *sigh*…friends.

I take a long drink from my bottle of water and decide to fill it up at the water fountain before I duck into my first class. I don’t see Chris again until second when we have bio together. We’re lab partners…just like my parents were.

I'm so freakin' pissed off right now! I really need to talk to Roxie.
She's the only one I can talk to about my visions. I guess Roxie's the only other person I can trust besides my family.

I like her a lot, but there are somethings that can't get in the way of friendship. It's not like she likes me back, so it shouldn't even be a problem.

I really needed to change the early subject before Eli made something explode. She was clearly trying to control it, as far as I can tell.

"I don't know, we'd have to ask Chris for all of that. He's the one that hacked into their system." I say quietly, making sure no one can hear us over the din of the restaurant. The waitress comes over, and I order my lunch before turning back to him.

"He was doing it in the car this morning, that's when we found out about my dad."

Eli then says, "He was doing it in the car this morning, that's when we found out about my dad."

"Okay I know I've asked this before, but I'm going to ask it again. It doesn't suprise you at all that Chris acts..." I pause for a moment, "just like my dad?"

I've told her this so many times before, but I can't help it.

"He gets good grades; he's in all GT classes; he doesn't get into trouble. I don't know about you but it all points to 'He's a Max clone' to me." I reply.

"Well, Lor would never skip school, unless she trashed the 'no skipping high school' rule we made." I say thinking back to when I was in fifth grade and she was in fourth. Thats when we made the little rule.

"Hey," I say pulling away, "You were up here without my permission," I say pointing to my head with a smile.

"What did you hear?" I ask kissing down his neck.
