At the mention on Alex and Sebastian, a scowl appears on my face, but I listen to Maria's words carefully. I'll protect Isabel, and Alex for that matter. No one is going to be hurt by Sebastian. No one.
The scowl is wiped off my face when Maria kisses me passionately, and I take her next words to heart.
"I'm coming back... to you."
"You'd better," I say, my voice full of resignation. "I'll watch them for you, make sure Sebastian doesn't hurt anyone..."

OOC Hey Maougha!! So excited that your back!!! Your Kyle post was hilarious as usual.

Max and Liz exit the attic giving Michael and I the privacy we need to say goodbye. I am thankful that at least she will have the love of her life to help her through this. Even if it is only on a trial basis. The council seemed pretty adament about what would happen if it appeared that our love lifes distracted us from the bigger picture. Saving the world...yet again.
The tension seemes to melt off my lover as he replies,
"You'd better,I'll watch them for you, make sure Sebastian doesn't hurt anyone..."
I nod swallowing soundly. I fear that if I opened my mouth to speak only sobs would escape it.
“Ok.... What the hell is going on?” Kyle asks looking quizically from Michael to me. He has missed alot hasn't he. I don't know if I have the heart to go over it again.
"Um.. Well, Tess, Liz, Max, and I are going back to our Past Lifes to clear up some old tensions. Apparently we are supposed to be seeking answers to questions I didn't know we asked. To make a long story short the council doesn't want Max and Liz seeing each other anymore because of his postion as our Whitelighter and all."
I take a much needed breath before continuing. I am the World's Best Rambler. Where is my crown?
"Apparently the hald demon hald human concept is too much for the Powers that Be to grasp so there sending me away to relearn this lesson I missed the first time around. Confused? Me too. All I know is that we have to prove to them we can make it work regardless of what they throw at us." I finish with a look of determination.

“So you can do that? Like really do that?” I shake my head. “Yet we still don’t have free digital cable!” I joke. I head over and set down on the couch. “But it’s not just you guys right? I mean how are you an Michael going to show that it will work with you two if he can’t go with you? Oh and if he gets to go then so do I.” I finish.

“So you can do that? Like really do that?” he shakes his head in disbelief, “Yet we still don’t have free digital cable!” he teases as he makes his way over to the couch. Taking a seat he reasons with my actions.
“But it’s not just you guys right? I mean how are you an Michael going to show that it will work with you two if he can’t go with you? Oh and if he gets to go then so do I.” he concludes with an air of finaliy.
"Ah Kyle you know I'd take you if I could. It's just that to be perectly honest I have no clue what we'll find there. For all I know I could have been leather wearing evil Maria in my past life. I don't want to put you at risk." My lover smirls slightly when I mention my slutty alter ego so I hit him lightly on the arm and give him a stern look.
"Michael has to stay here because he is the only person strong enough to protect the others from Sebastion. When we go we are taking the world's last bit of defense against evil with us. Plus the council said that the only reason Max was allowed to go because he was are White Lighter. His job is to defend us tot he end. Although if Liz and I can't prove that Love doesn't sway us from our mission his positon will be revoked. Which means Max and Liz will be separated. I don't even want to know what they tink they'll do to keep Michael and I apart." I mumble more annoyed the council's cryptic warning. [/i]

“But I’d love to see these Elders which must be a bunch of old men try and get Maria to do what they want. Liz plays by the rules yes but Maria oh she’ll give them hell.” he grins with a twinge of pride in his eyes. Kyle has always been like a big brother to me. Growing up with Liz, Tess, Alex, and being raised by my ultraconservative Gran I was constantly rebelling against everything they could throw at me. Kyle has been the only guy not to judge my descisions. I never knew how much I appreciated that or him until now.
“So while your gone what should I do? Preferably I’d like to try and get some black mail material on these guys but I don’t think I’m even that good.” he concludes with an impish grin. I have to smirk at this.
"Well, while I have no doubt in your devious abilites I'd say you are going to be.. shall we say challenged in finding any dirt on these self proclaimed angels, but thanks for the thought."
I run a frustrated hand through my blonde curls pushing them away from my face. I self consiously inspect my outfit and realize that there is no way I can go back to the past in Black track pants and a Led Zepplin Tee Shirt. Dad, would have been proud though.
"Actually, Kyle there is something you can do. I don't know how long this little mission is going to take me. It could be days... weeks.. maybe even... well I don't want to just leave the manor unprotected. You of all people know how much this home means to me... to us. It's been in our family for generations. Could you look after it while we are gone?" I bessech him hoping he realize how important this place is to our future.

i stay silent during Maria's story of the bullshit that the council are putting them through again, im soo angry my blood feels like it's going to boil
"this is such bullshit!!" i finally burst out
"why? this is such crap, why cant they just leave you alone!....god they're never happy unless your so under their thumbs they choose the colors ofg your underwear!"
"ugh!" i scrub at my eyes trying not to cry. pulling off my necklace i hand it to Maria,
"it picks up bad intentions...good luck" i say hugging her and i stalk out of the room , the did this to her....my charge my first one, i quit after they did that to her it got her killed!
"please be safe" i whisper as i descend the stairs.

"why? this is such crap, why cant they just leave you alone!....god they're never happy unless your so under their thumbs they choose the colors ofg your underwear!" Blairs rationalization causes me t do something I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to do again. I smile weakly.
"ugh!" I can tell she's fighting off tears. Ripping her necklace off she hands it to me in one swift motion.
"it picks up bad intentions...good luck" seh states as she brings me in for a tight hug. Then as quickly as she had made her way to me she departed.
"please be safe" she breaths out quietly as she makes her way down the stairs.
" I promise." Sniffling back tears I hold up the gift and place it around my neck.
