"Yeah, sure thing Isabel," I replied, grabbing a long coat before heading out the door. I walked in the direction we had gone, and it wasn't long before I found a saoking wet Alex.

Isabel

I hugged Michael and told him to be careful and then went upstairs to my room,shut the door and cried.

It was all too much,the rain,Alex missing,Max's accident,Mother's letter,Victor...

I didn't know what to do...Victor was about to walk back into my life again after I had worked so hard to erase him from my thoughts.

It had been such an exhausting day,that I fell asleep after a while.

Kyle

My father had told me to tell the guy's,Max and Alex that is that they would be going no where tonight,since the rain wasn't showing any signs of letting up.

Now if only Michael would return quickly with that fool Alex.What was he thinking lagging behind like that,I thought to myself shaking my head.

It should be fun tonight,one big sleep-over party

I saw Michael approaching me. I had thought no one would come for me for a while yet.
"Yeah I'm coming." I say bluntly. I start to untie my horse.

I saw Michael coming back with Alex through the first storey window and rushed downstairs.

"What's the matter with you man?" I asked Alex,punching him in his arm

I shrug off my wet clothes.

"Forget it" I muttered. I quickly change the subject. "Michael told me about Max...is he ok?" I ask. "And Kyle...do you mind if I borrow a shirt?"

....With Isabel in the same house...
Oh God.
I know Isabel wouldn't want to see me right now...I should give her some space. I really don't want to...but she left me behind before...why would she want to talk to me now?
I go upstairs and start to pick out a shirt and some pyjamas.

I woke up and realised it was near dinner time.I had been asleep for 2 hours.
Still tired,I went to wash my face and see if I could reduce the puffiness around my eyes with the cold water.

No such luck.I sighed and decided to go downstairs and grab a bite to eat.

I picked out a light blue shirt. I quickly went to the bathroom and dryed myself off. I sneezed. Oh no...please don't let me come down with a cold now...
I put the shirt on and I head downstairs. I'm really hungry, I didn't exavtly eat much at the picnic...I couldn't with Maria all over me.
I was about to go into the kitchen when I see Isabel....Ok Im guessing Im coming back later.
I turn around when I see Maria.

"Oh Alex! I just want to say I'm sorry about earlier..." I said.

God did she have to speak so loud? "It's..." I sneeze again. "..okay Maria. I've got to go..."

"Hey Isabel!" I said peering around the door and seeing her. I look at Alex. "Oh...I had better go...see you two later!" I said smiling and walk off looking for Michael.

I wince. Great. She would have to show up wouldn't she...
I decide I had better slip away anyway...I don't think Isabel wants to talk to me right now. I start to walk away.
