"Have you seen Max since school ended? I mean, I haven't seen him or Liz--what do you think they are...or what they are doing?"

I stiffened at the question, sending him the famous Ice Princess glare. "What is that supposed to mean??" I snapped coldly. He stared at me for a second and then sent me a deeply hurt look. I sighed, feeling ashamed of my actions. "Alex, I'm sorry. I just don't know where they are, and I'm so worried..." I drifted off, all sorts of fears running through my head.

What if they sleep together and Liz gets pregnant? What if we do it differently? What if there are after affects that none of us expected? What if--

My thoughts must have shown on my face, because Alex reached over and wrapped his arms around me.

I tried to catch my breath after that last accomplishment... "That was amazing.." I breathed as I collasped on the bed besides Max...But then my mind got to thinking...about everyone else. "Max...what are we going to tell the others... What will they think of me? They might try and assume that I seduced you into doing this--that I'm the bad in all of this because I'm new to the group. What if they don't like me anymore...or did they ever like me... Wh--" I tried to continue my thoughts in a rapid pace but he stopped me... and started to talk..

Alex:

"Izzy, I'm sorry if I upset you...I didn't mean to do that... I'm sure they are fine...and that they are just studying...I heard around that Maxs grades were slipping...and Liz being the school genious that she is...she is probably helping... I'm sorry..." I told her as I confromted her, I held her for a long time until she finally pulled away.
