Of course, I don't have to wait long for the questions to come pouring in, Max being the first to ask by responding, "Of course we do." Then he get's right on them. "What did you do to my friends? You were using them to help you, somehow, weren't you? Who was that person who attacked you?"
Theresa, a Daughter, also added her own question, "Yeah, and why do we all have the same necklace? Is that like, a thing?"
And shortly after, yet another of the Daughters, Maria, spoke towards my brother. "Ok...since everyone seems so determined to avoid the elephant in the room, I'll ask." I say. Leaning forward in my seat, I point to the coffee tray and ask Adam "What the hell did you just do?"
I look at Adam and he shrugs before looking over at the girl that had questioned him. "I'm telekinetic." He responds simply, not going further into an explanation as he simply concentrates a moment and causes a mug of tea to lift up off of the tray and move slowly toward her, settling it just in front of her at waist level where she sat. "Relax, you've got some tea to drink and we'll explain much more."
I look around the room, "As to the other questions, I'll try my best to explain, but some of this also ties into what Mena will be explaining. First off, Max. I didn't do anything to your friends. They were born, as both Adam and I were, with gifts from the Goddess Selene. These gifts allow only others that were also chosen to share in the energies that are part of our spirits."
I glanced at everyone before settling my gaze back on Max, "As to who our enemy tonight was, he is a Spect Bounty Hunter from the highest circle of the Atrox. He was there to keep us from being able to say anything to your friends about who they are. If they succeeded in keeping the Sons and Daughters from learning of their true nature and destiny then the balance would tilt and evil would have a stronger hold on the people of Earth." I was making certain that I relayed everything I was saying to Mena and knew the instant she entered the room behind me.
"As to the amulets you wear, they are gifts from Selene, Goddess of the Moon. They help warn you when danger is near, they help protect you from the Atrox and his Followers." Mena spoke as she entered the room and moved to intercept a cup of tea that Adam sent her way. Lifting it, she sipped it and smiled, "Well done, Cam. Have a seat, and I'll take over."
I looked over at her and noted that she still looked as though she couldn't possibly be a mother with children my age, but she had begun to show some age. "Very well." I turned to the others, "This is Mena, mentor and mother to Adam and I. She is also meant to be a Mentor to all Sons and Daughters that choose to let her help."

"Thank you, Cam." I said as she sat down after completing the introduction.
"Alex, Kyle, Tu es dea, filius lunae. Liz, Maria, Theresa, Tu es dea, filea lunae." I begin the explanation, knowing they had heard this from Cam already. "You are the Sons and Daughters of the Moon. When Pandora's box was opened all the evils of the world were unleashed and only hope remained. The Atrox, an ancient evil, sent his Followers into the world along with a monster of great evil. Selene, the Goddess of the Moon took pity upon the people of the earth and sent down her daughters to help protect hope. After thousands of years, she saw again that even the Daughter's needed help and chose to bring forth great warriors who would be reborn and become known as her Sons."
I look around at everyone as I continue, watching to see whether or not they were drinking the tea that would help open their minds to the truth that I spoke. "This is the first time Sons have been chosen." I smiled as I looked over at Alex, "We almost lost you completely to the Atrox tonight, Alex. Thankfully, the gift that I have, which is so like yours led me to you, and Cam along with Adam were able to help keep Anna from succeeding."
"Before I continue, I'm certain many of you have questions, thus I'll allow you to ask and we'll answer." I tell them, drawing my own amulet out of my shirt to show them.
