Invalid Form

Sometimes when I'm trying to leave feedback, I get a message that I have submitted an invalid form. I'm not doing anything that I don't normally do. It appears in yellow type above the posting space. Kind of like the message you get if somebody has left feedback while you were composing your own.
The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.
