Summery: Liz, Michael, Max and Isabel are all aliens. Liz and Michael are brother and sister yet they never met each other since they were both adopted by different parents. Liz lives in New York with a father who loves her and a mother who adopted Liz to make her husband happy. She grew up in the spot light and is an actress/singer who is engaged to a famous actor. Then Liz catches her fiancé in a compromising position with her so called best friend. What happens when Liz leaves New York to stay with her cousin Alex in Roswell where no one would find her?

Chapter 1


When Liz got off the plane and breathed in the fresh New Mexico air she couldn’t help but be relieved. Finally, she might have a chance at a fresh start in Roswell where she can use the summer to relax and hopefully have a normal year at the University of Las Cruses. As she looked around the crowded airport she spotted her lanky cousin Alex Whitman. Liz smiled at the sight of him. They had always gotten along when they were kids but as they got older they lost touch and were more focused on their own lives.

“There’s my superstar cousin!” said Alex as he finally spotted Liz.

Liz looked at her cousin and smiled “You know Alex you seemed to have grown a whole lot taller than when I remember you”

“Well I would hope so Liz the last time we saw each other was when you were turning 12 and I hadn’t hit puberty yet.” Alex replied while remembering a younger version of Liz complaining about how she hadn’t gotten her breasts yet. “We should get going I’m sure you’re starving right now, Uncle Jeff told us how they only serve pretzels on your flight”

“Well yea… when am I not hungry? So where are you gunna take me? Did Aunty Helen make me her famous chili? Oh my mouth is watering just thinking about it.” Liz said as Alex helped her with her luggage.

“Sorry babe I forgot to tell you over the phone that she and my father decided to go on a honeymoon sort of vacation. They booked it a long time ago and I reminded them that you were gunna be here for the whole summer and that they could stuff you until you explode when they get back.”

“So I guess it’s just you and me then huh cuz?” Liz stated with a teasing smile on her face.

As they drove to the Crashdown they talked about everything that happened to Liz in the past few months. Her life had been turned upside down when she found Justin having sex with Tessa while he thought she was going to be away filming her music video. The thing that hurt the most is that he didn’t even care that Liz was hurt. He actually had the nerve to smile at her and ask her to join them! When she left she didn’t know what to do so she went to her fathers house and asked him for advise. That’s when he mentioned Alex and how she could stay with them until she figured things out. In the meantime every magazine ever imaginable had pictures of Tessa and Justin holding hands and kissing and sharing lovey dovey moments with each other. That’s when Liz decided that the sooner the better and left the city. That’s when her aunt and uncle gladly invited her to stay with them as long as she needed.

As they walked into the Crashdown, Liz could feel something inside of her tingle. She thought it was the strangest feeling, it was coming from her alien side. Nobody knew about Liz being half and half. She had been living with the secret all her life. She never used her powers in public and only used them when she was sure that no body was around. She had been tempted to tell her father for so long but she just couldn’t bear it if he looked at her differently than just being ‘daddy’s little girl’.

That’s when she spotted him. Michael was on the grill in the back taking orders from Maria when he looked up at her and their eyes met. Then it happened. Flashes went through her mind as though a movie, all of a different life where Rath was her twin brother. By the look on his face, he had seen exactly as she had and started walking towards her.

Liz could hear Alex in the background about to introduce him to her. “Hey Michael this is my cousin Liz from New York…” That’s when Michael cut him off and gave her the biggest hug “Allana, I thought I would never see you again.”

And then she fainted.

Chapter 2



“Liz, Liz wake up.” Alex whispered to his cousin who was taken to the back room after she collapsed in the diner. “I wonder what happened to her… she was fine in the airport”

“Hey don’t blame the girl if Michael over here just waltzed up to me and gave me a hug I think I would collapse too and I’m his girlfriend!” laughed Maria as she lightly nudged Michael on his arm. “What made you do it anyway? You’re not really a hugsy kinda guy ya know… especially to a girl you’ve never met before.”

“I know her Maria. When I saw her I got a flash. She’s an alien. I think she’s my sister. I knew there was someone else out there… if only we looked for her…” Michael replied to his girlfriend as he picked up the phone and dialed Max’s number. “Maxwell… yea get over here there’s something you gotta see. Tell Isabel to come too… yea I’m at the Crashdown… okay…”

“Owww…. what happened…” Liz said as she started to awake. She started to get up then looked around and laid back down. “Who the hell are you?” she said while looking towards Michael’s direction “Why do I know you… how do I know you?! This can’t be possible… I remember…”
“Michael what’s going on? On the phone you sounded a little…” Max began until he turned to face the beautiful brunette who was laid on the old sofa in the backroom. Once Max’s eyes locked onto Liz’s the flashes began but not only for the reunited soul mates but for Isabel and Michael to see also.

*Flash*

*Allana and Rath walking into the palace for the first time*

*Allana meeting Prince Zan and instantly feeling a pull towards him*

*Allana and Vilandra having one of their sleepovers in Lonnie’s room talking about Rath and Zan*

*Rath and Zan training to become warriors*

*Rath finding out he has to marry Vilandra as a duty to his planet*

*Allana and Zan making love for the first time*

*Zan’s parents finding out that Zan and Allana formed a connection which means the betrothal to Princess Ava must be called off*

*The King and Queen, although upset about the arrangements, happy that their son has found love*

*Kivar, who was betrothed to Allana, finding out and killing everyone on the night Zan was to become King of Antar*

*End flash*

“Allana... “ Max whispered as he approached a very confused Liz and captured her lips in a passionate kiss.

Chapter 3



To say that Liz was a surprised by the kiss would be an understatement. Yea, she saw the flashes and loved Zan with everything in her, but she wasn’t Allana and didn’t want to be recognized as someone else from a different lifetime. Her name is Liz Parker and right now Max Evans was kissing her. Even though she was a little uncomfortable with the kiss, she couldn’t help but embrace it for as long as she could.

As carefully as possible, as to not hurt Max’s feelings, Liz tried to find a way to back away from him. Slowly she placed her hand upon his chest to push him away lightly. Unfortunately for her, Max didn’t feel Liz’s slight push and found it as a maneuver for him to make things a little more intimate between the two. He grabbed her by the hips and placed her so that she was on top of him. Liz gasped as she suddenly found herself on Max’s lap. She could feel the heat coming off of his body and knew that she had to do something soon before she embraced her alien side.

She finally broke the kiss, first by looking into his eyes, then by getting off of him. She quickly looked around and saw everybody in the room smiling. Except for Michael of course.

Liz cleared her throat. Okay, I really don’t know what just happened. I mean I know what I saw and all but I’m just really freaked out because before today I just thought that I was different, ya know? Like I was one of those special people that make it on T.V. to talk about their ‘abilities’, ya know? This can’t be happening not to me. I mean I’m an alien? That’s just strange within itself but I actually have memories of this other planet! That’s just insane and I mean… I’m sorry I’m babbling aren’t I… I babble when I’m really nervous…”

“Really? I would’ve never guessed!” Michael stated sarcastically. “Listen I know this is a lot to take in… especially as fast as it has but you understand what this means doesn’t it? We found you! We finally found you and we’re never going to let you get away again.”

By this time, Maria and Alex were utterly confused by what went down in front of their eyes. They knew that they all got flashes from their past lives because they were speaking to Liz as if they had known her their whole lives… and more. Alex finally spoke up “Um guys I understand that Liz is your long lost… whatever… but…”

“Actually everyone I would appreciate it if Alex and I could be alone for a little while.” Liz said as she looked around at everyone in the room. As she reached Max and Michael’s faces she saw the look of disappointment on both. “I mean… don’t take this the wrong way it’s just that I have known Alex for all of this life and well… I just I really need to speak to him alone right now. We could all meet up later if it’s possible I just… I really should just go….”

And with that Liz got up and left the room with Alex following in tow. Max couldn’t believe what just happened. Allana was back in his life and she would rather talk to Alex about everything she was feeling rather than him. To say that he felt hurt was an understatement. He knew Allana, when she is ready she will come and talk to him. He just couldn’t help but hope that it would be sooner rather than later.

The drive back to Alex’s house was quite. Both Liz and Alex were trying to comprehend all that had happened. Liz is an alien. My cousin is a part of the Pod Squad.

When they reached the house, Alex carried Liz’s bags inside. When everything was settled and Liz had something to eat, Liz began to tell Alex about everything she saw and everything she found out in the past couple of hours. She told him about how she loved Max and how she could feel her love for him so strongly, yet didn’t want to be with him just because of some past life but because they were truly in love with each other now. “I know I sound like the biggest idiot saying all this but I can’t help it. I want to love Max as Max and not as Zan. We are totally different people in these lives. I just hope that he will see things the way I do… he was always so insistent; stubborn. I just want to get to know everybody for who they are now, ya know?”

“Liz, I understand completely and you know I’ll always be here with you. I just can’t believe you went all those years without telling anybody about your abilities. It’s amazing. You know if you ever have any questions about anything I’m here and I know that Michael, Isabel and especially Max will help you with anything. Just know that no matter what I love you and I won’t tell anybody your secret.” Alex told Liz. He truly meant it. He didn’t want her to feel afraid anymore.

“Good Alex cause theirs something I have to ask you… can you and Maria not tell them about… well you know… my other life… as in my New York life. I mean if they find out that’s fine but I don’t want to have to explain about Justin and you know… everything. I just wanted to be as normal as possible and I don’t want people to recognize me as that Liz. I know I’m confusing but I just want to know if I can make friends by just being me.” Liz babbled on to Alex.

“Liz you know I don’t think this is a good idea but your wish is my command. I’ll tell Maria to keep her mouth shut. But as soon as you’re ready, I think we should head over to Michael’s. I’m sure their all waiting for us there.” Alex stated as he saw Liz make a frightened face. “Oh come on Parker you can go in front of thousands of people and sing hell you’re an actress for a living. I’m sure a few aliens from Roswell won’t scare you away.”

Chapter 4



As Liz and Alex approached Michael’s apartment she could already feel the others presents inside of her. What would they say? Would she and Isabel get along as well as they used to? Will she be able to control herself around Max? Most importantly, will Michael love her the way she knows she already loves him? She always wanted a brother she just never thought she would ever get one.

As Liz was going through the questions in her mind Alex had already rang the doorbell and stepped inside. He saw that Liz was lost in her thoughts and gave her a little push. When she realized that she dazed out for a second she quickly reached for Alex’s hand. “Alex, please just remember that no matter what happens here tonight I’m still the person who you grew up with; I’m still your cousin.”

“Liz I know that. Don’t worry about me right now. Just go in there and speak your mind, like I know you will.” Alex joked. He loved his cousin and that will never change.

Liz gave him a small smile. As they entered the living room, she saw that everyone was there. Michael, Maria and Isabel were on the coach while Max was pacing. He felt her presence and looked up at her. ‘Oh wow, I hope I can get through this’ Liz thought. She knew she loved him; it was in her soul to love him. She just didn’t want to get too attached too quickly. He didn’t know who she was, not really.

“Hey” Liz said with a small voice. She had never been so nervous in her entire life. What was wrong with her? She has never been the shy type. She always spoke her mind and said it how it was. If anyone could get through this it would be her. She cleared her throat “Well I guess we should all uh just discuss what happened earlier today… I mean uh… well I’ll just start. I know who you all are; I mean I remember as I assume you three do too.” She stated as she looked at the three aliens in front of her. She had to be careful not to look Max in the eyes again because if she did she knew she wouldn’t be able to finish what she knew had to be said. “Michael, I know you were my brother and Isabel my best friend. Max we were… well we were a lot more than just friends.” She said with a smile but no one laughed at the joke which just made it harder to keep going. ‘They’re not going to like me for me… I just know it’ Liz thought. “Well that was then and this is now. I want to get to know all of you and how you are in this life. I don’t expect for all of you to just welcome me back into your arms like I’ve been here forever. I didn’t even know any of you existed till this morning. You have to understand that if I had known about you I would have been looking for you…”

“We understand” Michael interrupted “Don’t worry… I think we all feel the same way. We should have been looking for you… we should have realized… we can’t change what has happened but I know that I would like to be able to a part of this life.” Michael said while giving Liz a smile.

That’s when Isabel spoke up. “So Liz I hope you don’t mind me asking but… what brings you to Roswell?”

“Well, I had to choose a college to go to and I haven’t seen Alex in such a long time that I decided I would be going to Las Cruses when the semester begins.” Liz replied smiling at Alex.

“Oh well how do you know Alex exactly?” Isabel asked eyeing them with jealousy.

“Alex is my cousin or rather my adopted parents nephew. We were really close when we were younger but when he moved here in the fourth grade we sort of lost touch.” Liz said as she felt Alex squeeze her hand. See she could get through this. At least there was a mild truth to what she was saying.

As the night went on the questions kept coming yet Max had yet to say a word. He wanted to talk to her so badly but he didn’t know what to say. He decided that he would let the gang throw their questions at her and when everyone was finished he would talk to her alone. He couldn’t help but stare at her beautiful features. He never realized how empty his life had been before he met her. It was his Allana! Not only was she the love of his life but he was her husband and most importantly she was his wife. She was his and they would finally live their lives happily.

“Oh wow look at the time. I have to get going before my mom realizes how late it is.” Maria said as she glanced down at her clock. It was already midnight; time had gone by so quickly. That’s when everyone was brought back to reality. Everyone was getting ready to leave until Max taped Liz on the shoulder. The connection was instantaneous and Liz shivered with the touch of his skin on hers.

“Liz, if you don’t mind can I speak to you alone. I can give you a ride back to Alex’s if you would like.” Max asked Liz with anticipation.

“Um yea that should be fine, Alex do you mind?” Liz looked at Alex for reassurance. “Yea Liz don’t worry about it just call before you come over and I’ll open the door.” He said as he gave his cousin a smile. He knew she could handle being alone with Max for a while and if this would help her get over what ever fear she was holding within her he would make sure that they got everything cleared up.

Everyone left the apartment, including Michael who said he would drop off Maria and Isabel in Max’s jeep. Max and Liz were alone for the first time this lifetime and Liz couldn’t help but feel a little excited at the fact that she finally found the love of her former life.

Chapter 5



“So uh Max… what did you want to speak to me about?” Liz asked tentatively. She now started to wonder why she let Alex leave without her. It’s not that she didn’t want to talk to Max. She did. She was just afraid that no talking would go down once the two were left alone.

“Um… I just wanted to make sure that you were alright… you know a lot was sprung onto you today and I wanted to make sure that if you needed someone to talk to…. I’m always here.” Max stated as he started inching over towards Liz.

‘Good Lord you’re going to have to help me if he keeps advancing towards me with that look in his eyes’ Liz thought and then said “Thanks Max that means a lot to me…” She couldn’t finish her sentence… she knew she wanted to say something. There was something she had to ask Max… no it was something she wanted to tell him. It was just getting harder to breath. He was unbelievably close to her by now and she had no where to back up to, her back against the wall.

Max cupped her face and for what seemed like forever they just stared passionately into each others eyes. The love that filled the room was unimaginable. Finally, Max brought his face down to Liz’s. At first he teased her lips with soft kisses which made her smile. When he saw this he decided to deepen the kiss. It became so intense that Liz felt weak at the knees… literally. Max caught her before she could fall and carried her into the bedroom. He laid her on the bed, never once letting his lips leave hers.

Max began to trail kisses down Liz’s neck. The sensations that he was feeling were insane. He could feel her love for him for both lifetimes. He now remembered what they shared in the past lifetime and he was looking forward to repeating past events as flashes of their pleasure went through his mind. His kisses began to go lower and lower down her body. Swiftfully, Max made Liz’s shirt and bra disappear in one quick move. He sucked on her breasts hungrily. The pleasure rippling through Liz’s body was too much to bear. She felt as though her lungs were ripped out and all that was coming out of her were tiny whispers of Max’s name.

Before he had a chance to move any further Liz began to unbutton his jeans and pulled them down so that he could step out of them. While she was doing that, Max took off his shirt leaving no time to waste. She began to make a trail down his body, as he did to her, until she reached the top of his boxers. “Allana.”

And the moment was ruined. Liz was suddenly brought back from her trip and stood up. She was suddenly aware of her naked upper body. She searched the floor for her top but couldn't find it. She found Max's and put it on quickly. ‘I can’t believe this happened! This was not supposed to happen… I’m supposed to be strong I’m supposed to be able to control myself.’

“Liz what’s wrong?” Max asked. He wasn’t sure what had just happened. He knew that they were moving fast but its not like it was their first time together… not really. He tried searching her eyes but she wouldn’t meet eye contact with him.

“Nothing Max uh I think I should just…. go…” she said as she walked out of the bedroom. As she opened the door she saw Michael standing in the hallway. “Hey Liz, you leaving already?” Michael asked his sister.

“Yea Mike, actually do you think you could give me a quick ride to Alex’s?” He looked at her and he knew that something happened. ‘Maxwell, she’s only been here a day you better have not screwed with my baby sister already.’ He thought as he nodded and lead the way to the jeep.

Surprisingly enough, the car ride to Alex’s house was filled with laughter. Michael seemed to understand what was going on with Liz and if he didn’t she appreciated the gesture of making her feel comfortable. By the time they reached Alex’s house she realized that she could never live without her brother again. They said their goodnights and arranged to have breakfast the following morning at the Crashdown.

When Liz got to Alex’s house, she didn’t feel like telling him about what had happened. She was tired and all she felt like doing was sleeping. Unfortunately though, sleep didn’t come as easily as expected and Liz ended up replaying the seen with Max. Questions kept filling her mind and when sleep finally came over her, her dreams were filled of her past life. With Zan.

Chapter 6



Surprisingly enough, Liz awoke the next morning feeling refreshed. She knew the day was bound to wear her down and for now she wanted to bask in the sunshine. She looked over at the clock before jumping out of bed to get ready. When she was finished, she left a note for Alex, who was still sleeping, and walked over to the Crashdown to meet her brother.

Before she knew it, Liz had reached the Crashdown and was searching the tables for Michael. She spotted him in a booth and smiled as she walked carelessly over to him.

“Good morning Michael!” Liz stated happily as she sat in the booth.

“Liz, that’s an oxymoron – good mornings don’t exist.” Michael told his sister with a smile. No matter how many times he told himself last night, he couldn’t help but be worried that she would leave and he would be alone again. Even worse, he kept thinking something bad would happen to her and he wouldn’t be there when she needed him.

“So what would you like this morning?” She asked her brother as she opened the menu and stared at the nicknamed food items.

“I would like for you to move in with me” Michael said staring at her, waiting for her reaction but before she could say anything he added “not just because I think that I would be obligated to ask you to but because I truly want you to and you’re my sister and I would like to know what it feels like to live with my sister… with my family and…”

“Michael” Liz interrupted “You’ve been hanging around Maria for too long! Of course I’ll move in with you!”

“Really?!?” Michael asked with a big smile on his face.

“Hey Liz, Michael… oh my God… is Michael smiling? With teeth? Has hell frozen over?” Maria said as she stopped at the table which seated her friends.

“Liz just agreed to move in with me” Michael said staring into Maria’s eyes. She could tell how happy having his sister around has made him and she couldn’t help but be happy too.

“Well thank God. A woman’s touch on your apartment will only bring good things… maybe she’ll even remind you to change your sheets!” Maria exclaimed with a smirk then walked into the backroom to change for her shift.

“Wow, I can’t believe this is actually happening… I mean I’m surprised you trusted me so quickly usually it takes you a while to open up to new people…” Liz said, still in shock from her brother’s outburst.

“Well you’re not a new person Liz; you’re still Allana no matter how much you try to fight it. Don’t get me wrong I want to get to know you for who you have become but I’m just saying that no matter what you’ll always be my sister… new life or old…” Michael stated without fixating his eyes upon hers. His face was now hidden behind the menu he was ignoring moments sooner.

“Oh Rath, things never change do they? Affection is a good thing to show, don’t be afraid to hide your feelings… especially not from me.” Liz told her brother as she raised her hand and glided the menu towards the table so that she could look at him. When he finally looked up he found himself wondering what life was life before he knew about her. He must have always known she were out there because he always felt a part of him was missing… but he found her now and he would make sure no one will mess with her… not even his best friend.

After Michael and Liz finished eating, Michael had to start his shift. He told her that he would call her when he got off but gave her the key to his apartment so that if she needed wanted to start moving in she could. Liz walked back to her cousin’s house and told him the good news. Albeit he was a little upset, he knew that this would make Liz happy. He told her that he would always be there if she ever needed anybody to talk to and she dittoed his sincerity. Luckily for Liz, she didn’t unpack much of her clothes and it only took her less than an hour to fix all of her belongings.

Chapter 7

Alex and Liz remained quiet until they reached Michael’s apartment. Liz told Alex that she would call him later that night once she was finished unpacking and getting settled in with Michael. He helped her bring her suitcases up to Michael’s door.

“Alex, I’ll be fine! Don’t worry; I’ll call you as soon as everything’s in order” Liz told her cousin. He turned around and gave her a quick warm smile and turned to leave. Liz unlocked the front door and pushed it open with her hip. She was too preoccupied to get all her things inside that she didn’t notice the figure staring at her with bewilderment. When she turned to shut the door behind her she finally noticed the goose bumps that formed all over her body. She knew he was in the room and slowly turned around.

“What are you doing here?” Liz asked Max almost afraid of his answer. Did Michael tell him she was going to be here? Was this a set up to get us back together? No it can’t be… that’s not something Michael would do.

At first Max just stood there staring at her beautiful features until he finally replied “Oh well um I knew Michael would be home from work soon so we were going to watch the game together. What are you doing here? Are you going to move in with Michael?” As he said this he pointed towards her suitcases. Why didn’t Michael tell me about this? It would have helped if I were prepared to talk to her… I have so many questions about what had happened last night.

“Well, yea. It might just be temporary but I would like to be reacquainted with him, ya know? I want him to be my brother to the fullest like he used to be.” She said in trust.

“Used to be… I’m surprised by that… you didn’t seem to want to want things to ‘be like they used to be last night’” Max said looking for answers. He didn’t understand why she would let Michael in and not her.

“Max, Michael’s my brother, you’re my past… whatever… and I just… I just want to put my family in line before I start anything with anybody.” She told him knowing he wouldn’t be happy with that answer.

“Family, so what I’m not your family any more? When we were on Antar we were inseparable… we did everything together… we were married for Christ’s sake!” Max’s emotion was visible and he hated it. She didn’t even see him as family anymore… he was just a past fling and she was just over it… no it can’t be that… I could feel her… I can feel her love for me and I know it’s just as strong as mine for her.

“Max you know I don’t mean it like that… I’m just saying… I’ve only been her for a combination of hours and we’re already having this conversation! I mean look at last night…. I don’t even know how that happened…. I don’t even know you… not really and you definitely don’t know me anymore. Maybe we could work but it’s just too soon! I don’t know why you can’t see that!” She couldn’t take it anymore. She loved him she really did. She loved him on that other planet and she loves him now that was never going to change. She knew everything about him even though things had changed.

Seeing the desperation in Liz’s eyes to make him understand, he suddenly felt guilty. Why am I doing this? She is probably dealing with so much right now and I’m just making things harder for her. “Okay” he said gently “we’ll get to know each other all over again and then, if we still feel what we’ve felt for lifetimes before, we can try this again… I just want for you to be happy Liz you know that”

With that Liz felt like she was falling in love with him all over again. Maybe this would work… they could just be friends and everything will fall into place… right?
