I look at Isabel and give her a small smile.
"No, you didn't...but I don't think your aunt Amy would be too pleased if your spoken for before your coming out, do you? She would probably end up killing me." I say.

I look at Isabel in surprise. "You....you did?" I ask, knowing Im grinning like a complete and utter moron right now. But still...wow.
"Well..I guess I could tell them and try and get them to understand and not tell anyone just yet...but I bet they will tell someone...and then Gertrude will be after me...again."
