Chapter 39
"What?" Jenny asked as she stood up from the ground, still rubbing her neck. She had no doubt in her mind that there would be a mark left behind.
"How do you know the YED?" Sam questioned.
"He came to me when I was first pregnant with Lynn."
"Why would he do that?"
"Because the asshole that was Lynn's father pushed me into a table and I had to be rushed to the hospital." Jenny snapped as she dropped onto the couch. "She almost died."
"What?!" Sam yelled.
"He pushed me so hard that Lynn almost died." Jenny pulled her lip into her mouth, biting on it and reminding everyone of Liz. "And the doctor said that she may not make it. That there was something wrong." Then she released her lip. "So I did the only thing a 17 year old, pregnant witch would do...."
"You called on a demon?" Dean asked.
"Yes. No."
"What is it? Yes or no?"
"No I didn't call for him. I called for Eileithyia. She's the goddess of childbirth and I was ready to give her everything just so my baby could live but instead HE came and instead of letting her die, she lived."
"I've seen you heal before." Sam whispered. "Why couldn't you do it then?"
Jenny let out a shakey laugh. "Because my powers are tyed to my emotions and I wasn't exactly in my right state of mind."
"Okay. So that's how he knows you and why he wants Lynn but what about Liz? How does he know about Liz and why does he want her?" Dean snapped.
"I....I don't know."
"But I do." Everyone turned and watched as Nancy and Jeff Parker walked into their littered apartment. "What the hell happened in here?"

The whole that appeared in Kivar's chest was massive but it wasn't until he crashed to the floor and turned to dust that had everyone moving. Lynn dropped Serena's hand and hit Max on the arm. "Let's bounce duke." Then she backed out into the hallway. "Is Mikey all 5's or is he hitting da bricks?" She yelled as she slide over to the three aliens.
"He's 5 by 5. Dnt worry. Let's bounce tho or Kivar is gonna-."
"She killed him." Serena said as she dropped down next to Lynn. "Is Rath going to be okay?"
"HIs name is Michael and he's going to be fine." Isabel snapped. "Now, who are you and why do you even care?"
"Yo, Iz back up. Datz Serena. She's his sista." Ava looked at Serena. "Dnt worry S. He's a'ight."
"Wait. You're his sister?" Lynn asked Serena.
"Yeah I am and I came all the way down here to earth just so that I can be with him."
"What happened?"
"We have to go now." Max whispered as he helped everyone else get up.
"What about Michael?"
"We'll come back for him."
"Like hell." Lynn snapped. "Ava help me."
"I got him." Serena helped Lynn lift Michael up and helped her carry him out of the building.
"What about this? We can't just leave it here?" Isabel said as Lynn and Serena were the last to leave.
"I'll take care of that." Ava waved her hand and the entire building was gone. It was as if it hadn't even been there. "Let's get da hell out of here."
"Can't argue with that." Lynn said as she hopped into te back seat with Serena, Isabel and Michael.
Max got in behind the drivers seat without a word and as soon as Ava closed the door, he peeled out of the desert like a bat out of hell. Both Lynn and Isabel had to hold onto the sides of the jeep while Serena held onto Michael for dear life. It wasn't until the dust settled that Vito moved out of the shadows.
"I do believe that I must finish what my master started."

Chapter 40
Lynn sat quietly behind Ava in the jeep with Michael and Serena next to her and Isabel next to them. The ride had turned out to be longer going back than it was going there. Michael had woken up somewhere in the middle of the ride, saw Serena and gasped. From what Ava had been saying, once siblings see each other, they automatically recognize each other. Michael already knew who and what Serena was and Lynn couldn't seem to care. Instead, all she could care about was what happened before they got out of that place.
"I can't believe you were actually going to leave him." She suddenly said.
"What?" Max asked quietly. Everyone else had fallen asleep, leaving them two awake.
"I can't believe you were actually going to leave Michael behind." Lynn's eyes never left the window.
"I wasn't going to leave him, Lynn. I was going to-."
"Don't lie to me. Cause you suck at it." She finally turned to him. "I can't believe these people think you're a king."
"Hey, I didn't ask to be king but I am."
"No you're not." Lynn looked away. "I've seen kings and you are not one."
"Then what am I?" Max snapped as he pulled in front of the cafe.
"You're an asshole who only wants to better himself when he should be trying to help others." Lynn looked at Max with a disgusted look on her face that reminded him a lot of Liz when ever she was mad. "A KING would care more about his people than himself. You, Maxwell, are a child with nothing better to do than ruin those around you." Then she jumped out of the jeep, waking everyone in the process. "So stay the hell away from Liz because she doesn't need your shit bringing her down."
Then she stormed off.
"What the hell was that about?" Isabel asked as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes.
"Lynn was just being a bitch." Max told them.
"Yeah. I'm sure it was her fault." Michael mumbled as he shifted his drousy sister to where Lynn had been sitting. "Can you please drive me, Serena and Ava home? We can deal with everything tomorrow."
"Yeah, sure." Max took one last look at a practically running Lynn who was already inside the cafe.

Lynn walked into the apartment, walked by everyone there and went right to her room. She could hear Sam and her mom calling her name but she refused to listen to them. She needed to be alone right now. She just had to be.
What she did tonight, what she had done. The killing of something alive (granted they were aliens but that was besides the point) got to her. It always did. She wasn't meant to kill things. She hated killing demons with her mother and she hated-.
Lynn let me in. Lynn turned to the door of her room.
"Liz?"
Yeah its me. Let me in. We have big problems.
"You have no idea." Lynn threw open the door and fell into her cousin's arms; tears falling down her face.
"Shh. I know. I know all of it." Liz whispered as she held her crying cousin. "I know."

"Azarel wants Liz because I made a deal with him." Jeff told Dean as he, Dean, Sam and Jenny stood in the kitchen alone. Nancy and Kyle were cleaning the living room while Liz and Lynn were in Lynn's room.
"What kind of a deal?" Dean asked.
"It was pretty simple. In ten years I was to let him do whatever he wanted and I was NOT suppose to interrupt him."
"What did you get in return?" Sam asked and Jeff looked at Jenny.
"Our parents had been killed." Jeff told them. "Jenny had been with them when it happened."
"I was what, maybe 5 or 6 at the time so I don't remember much. What I do remember is Daddy walking into the house, he had just come from work and mom was doing," Jenny laughed. "Whatever it was that mommy did when IT came. It was fast and got daddy first. Mommy made me run out the house and hide. I don't remember much after that because I had been so scared." She looked at Jeff. "It wasn't until Jeff came to look for me that I realized that I was alone."
"I had found her in a tree in the backyard. She was crying and full of dirt. When I got her, it had already been done. I had already made the deal."
"What was the deal?" Dean asked looking at Sam.
"My mom got to live and in ten years, he would get what he wanted."
"Did he ever tell you what he wanted?"
"No. He just said when the time came not to get in the way."
"Well that explains that." Sam said looking at Dean.
"So both Liz and Lynn are in trouble?" Kyle asked as he walked into the kitchen.
"I think that is an understatement." Jenny answered him before walking pass him and towards Lynn's room.

Chapter 41
Jenny walked straight to Lynn's room and started knocking on the door.
"Lynn, baby, let me in." Nothing. "Lynn? Liz let me in." She knocked some more but still there was no sound. "Girls?" Jenny began banging on the locked door pulling everyone's attention.
"What the hell Jenny?" Jeff said as he walked towards her.
"They won't open the door Jeff." She said.
"What?" Then Jeff started banging. "Lizzie, open the door for dad. Lizzie?"
"Maybe they left?" Kyle questioned.
"Why would they leave?" Nancy asked from behind him.
"Lynn WAS pretty upset when she got home. Maybe they-."
"You don't know what you're talking about." Jenny snapped cutting Kyle off.
"Okay then. Well...I'm just gonna....go." Kyle turned and walked out.
"I can't believe he thinks they would just leave."

Liz and Lynn waited outside as Kyle walked out the front door.
"They still think you two are inside." Kyle told them as they started walking down the street.
"Good. We need a little time." Lynn said as she held onto Liz's hand.
"So you gonna tell me what happened?" Kyle asked.
"Pretty basic. Broke into an abandoned warehouse in the middle of the desert, killed aliens that turned to dust, killed big boss Kivar, cursed Max out, came right home."
"Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait." Kyle said as he made them stop. "You cursed Max out and I wasn't there to see it. Damn." He snapped his fingers makin both girls laugh.
"Yeah I did." Lynn's smile faltered. "He wanted to leave Michael behind."
"Of course he did." They started walking again. "I guess that's where we're going?"
"I gotta see if he's okay."

Michael, Ava and Serena walked into the small apartment with Isabel and Max behind them.
"So...this is home?" Serena asked looking at her older brother.
"Yep. This is home." He pulled her into a side hug and kissed the top of her head. "And you're safe."
"Well, I won't say that." Vito stepped out of the shadows and into the light.
