I chuckle and give his thigh a quick squeeze,"I like this...between us,I'm so comfortable with you and the easy banter between us is something I haven't had with any guy really,immediately.What if I don'tmind you taking advantage?" I question back teasingly but don't wait for his response

"Work was hectic,good and bad.Sometimes people can be so blockheaded,especially the guys who come to deliver stuff.I've told them to be careful so many times.I just felt like throttling them today.But overall I like most of my colleagues so that's a bonus,not that I have many."

I'm thinking to myself that I also enjoy the easiness between the two of us so her 'advantage' question catches me off guard. Luckily, she continues talking so I don't have to think of a ... proper reply.

I take one of her hands in mine, giving it a gentle squeeze. "Can't you ... sue the delivery guys if something breaks an ddo you mean you don't have many colleagues or many bonus?"

I chuckle softly when I hear his question,"Thankfully I haven't had to sue them yet,only give them a yell every now and then.I hate yelling at people,makes me feel guilty later."

Turning my head I press a kiss to his shoulder,"And I meant that I don't have too many colleagues,Just four of us.The owner comes in once a week to check on everything.As for bonus,I get that at Christmas,but I really have nothing to complain about since I am paid well."

My smile widens at this small bit of information and especially when she kisses my shoulder. Certainly a nice feeling - even through my shirt.

"I take it you like your job then." I say softly, running my thumb absently along the back of Isabel's hand. "I must admit, I've never been in your gallery yet. I walked past it a few times but never stepped into the building."

Had I known who I'd meet if I walked into it, I would have visited the place as soon as I moved here.

She pushes me away slightly.
"Max, as much as I'd love to...see exactly how far this can go, I don't think now and here are the time and place. I'm sorry. I'm sure you probably think I'm a tease now but I swear I didn't mean for this to happen,"

God... part of me is thinking she's such a tease...

...and part of me thinks she's right. Right because...I don't want our first time like this...

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME! THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE TIME!!!

"Yeah...yeah I understand....bad timing" I say with a nod. "I understand."
And then I walk slowly towards the bar. Not in a way that I'm blowing her off... but in a way that I'm not completely happy. But when I reach the bar I pour a drink and turn towards her with a small smile and indicate with my hands to ask if she wants one.

"I must admit, I've never been in your gallery yet. I walked past it a few times but never stepped into the building."

Looking up at him I add,"You should come then someday just before lock up,I'd like to show you around if you want."

What is it about him that makes me want to touch him all the time,feel his proximity to me?

"I think it's always best to like what you're doing because that shows in your work.I take it you like being a tax accountant?"

"Sure, I'd love to." I reply, kissing the top of her head.

Maybe we'd be all alone in a dark gallery ... okay, that could lead to something very romantic or a teenage horror movie type of situation.

"I think it's always best to like what you're doing because that shows in your work.I take it you like being a tax accountant?"

"Most of the time, I do. I know many think I have a boring job but ... I was always better with numbers than with languages." I reply, not really used to talking about my non-exciting job. It isn't as interesting as Max's or Michael's job for example.

"It's not just studying the different tax laws and ... it can be rather fun to go through other people's bills or credit lists and such. Of course, I have clients who I'd love to strangle every now and then but ... my boss is alright and so are the other people I work with. At least most of them." I shrug slightly, careful to not make harsh movements since Isabel's head is still leaning on my shoulder.

"Oh, that reminds me ... if you need any help with your taxes - I'm your man!"

"Well, looks like we can start now huh?"

I look up at Tess' words, guessing that everyone is now sans underwear. With a sigh, I get up without really wanting to and pull Isabel up with me. I give her a quick glance to check how tired she looks and offer her a brief smile.

"Time to get the peeping show started."

Keeping her hand in mine, I lead the way back to the others who are all standing closer together now.

"So, who gets the bag out?"

Alex pulls me up after Tess says she's done so we can begin the game...at last!

"I'll do it." I volunteer and step forward opening the bathroom dooor and pulling the hamper out,shaking it as best as I can to toss up all the underwear...that sounds so damn weird!

Setting it down on the ground again,I look at the others,"Okay so shall we get ready with pen and paper and write down our guesses?"

Then I notice Max and Liz aren't back "That is unless you all want to wait for Max and Liz,or we can write down our guesses while waiting for them.I'm sure they won't be much longer."

I can't help but smirk at Alex.

I bite my lip so I don't start laughing. Isabel either doesn't have much faith in Max's .... stamina or thinks they are not doing anything as drastic as I think. Probably there is nothing dirty going on here, I'm sure.

"I honestly don't know. How long are they already gone?" I ask the others.
