Liz:

I sank into the kiss--and lost all control of myself...I ran my fingertips along his bare back as I reached under his shirt. "Max I love you...I want you...I need you ..." I whispered in his ear.

"God Liz" I said kissing her. But then I pulled away. I knew one of us had to. "Liz, God I want you so much to Liz, but you're right I mean...we can't."
I shook my head sadly.
"Liz, I'm sorry I shouldn't have come. Maybe...maybe we...should cool things for a while...I mean I don't... I .."
Words escaped me. I couldn't finish my sentence. I stand up and go to the window.
"I'll see you at school Liz" I said jumping out the window and walking away into the night.
"You idiot" I muttered to myself.

Liz:

What the hell just happened? "wait...wait..." I pulled on a pair of jeans...and sliped on some shoes and ran after him... I pulled his arm so he would stop. "Max wait...what are you talking about? Okay..Maybe your right--we should take everything like five notches down, but that dosen't mean that we shouldn't be together. I love you Max...more than words can say...but I'm glad im your girlfriend--because I get to kiss you anytime I want, I get to hold you, comfort you...there are more things we can do than just making out..." I told him. "Why don't we go for a walk?" I asked him. I took his hand in mine. "We could just talk--you know...get to know eachother... C'mon Max...Max?" I pulled him in the opposite direction...there was a trail--Oh....MAAAXXX!!" He started to smile and then effortlessly followed me. "Okay..when Is your birthday?" I aske him.

"December 2nd. Day the adoption people picked out for me anyways. I somehow doubt I'll ever find out the real day. I mean is it the day we crashed, came out of the pods, or even put in the pods?" I said.
"What about you? When's yours?"

Liz:

"Nasedo found me on June 4th--Six months after you came out of the pods." I told him... "Okay...moving this along...What is your favorite color? Your favorite song? And your favorite Movie?" I asked him. "It's so we can get to know eachother..." I told him as he attempted to answer the questions.

"Wow. Er....Green or Black...I don't have a favourite song because I like pretty much anything...and favourite movie....Lord of the Rings or scary movies like The Grudge. Same questions back to you and tell me your first impressions of Michael, Isabel, Maria, Alex and I."

LIz:

I smiled at him..."okay, my favorite color is pink, my favorite song is: I shall believe, my favorite movie is: Romeo and Juliet , Favorite scary movie is: The Exorsicst.
Lets see I thought that Michael was: Rebel--out of control.
Isabel was: The IceQueen and always getting her way.
Alex: was the down to earth guy who always wanted to make everyone else happy before himself.
Maria: was the best friend...everyone counts on her for everything...
And lets see you... personally to me... I thought you were the protector of everyone...always looking out for everyone--the leader in a way.

So, what else would you like to know about me?" I asked him.

I shrug. "Liz, I know all that I need to know. And that is that I love you. Im sorry for freaking out before. Im an idiot. What else can I say." I look at my watch. "Crikey...I aint slept at all yet....and Im still not tired....it must be something about you Liz, that makes me want to stay awake" I tell her smiling,

Liz:

I know why don't you come back to my place...and we'll just sleep--nothing sexual--I promise and in the morning I can drop you off at your house...How about that? unless you don't want to..." I told him.

I look at her in surprise. "Ok....but I don't know how long I could keep my hands off you" I said truthfully. "You're just to damn amazing Liz" I said. "But I mean, are you sure? Because I can go home if you'd rather. Be a bit of a run when Im tired, but Im sure I'd manage if you want."
