I smile at the cute picture he makes with that paperweight held nervously in his hands. God, he's even got nice hands! I walk over to him and take the paperweight slowly from his hands and place it back on my father's desk. He looks at me and I smile as I place my arms around his neck. "I think I'm seeing a bit of that big brother that Isabel adored as a child. She has talked about you for as long as I've known her...always about how great you are. I admit that I have not exactly been able to see that side of you, except when you're talking about work and now." I lean up on my tip-toes and say, "I think you are beginning to grow on me, Doctor Evans." I bring his head down to where I can reach him and fuse my lips to his.

Tess' response is all I could hope for. She snuggles in closer to me and our tongues meet and taste each other. She sighs softly and I'm not even sure if she realizes it. Then Liz's announcement registers and I pull back lightly, remembering where we are. "Hey, you know what? I don't want to end up with a bunch of strangers for the next game and I don't want to put a scene on for these bozos. What do you say we rejoin the party and make our way to the other room, find Isabel, Alex, Maria, Michael and Max and make our own little group with Liz?"

I'm disappointed that we have to break it off but any longer and I would have embarrassed myself and probably her too. Besides, we hardly know each other and I don't want Tess to be just another girl. I know it might sound crazy but I think she might be the girl. I'm just not sure how I would prove it to her after my track record.

OOC-Errmmm,Isabel asked a question two pages back when Alex and she re-entered the game room.

I hear her walk over to me and then take the paperweight from me. I swallow before looking at her...

And she places her arms around my neck.

Big brother thing? I'm VERY tempted to raise an eyebrow at that one... but I'll let it pass!

She stands on her tip toes and says
"I think you are beginning to grow on me, Doctor Evans."
And then she fuses her lips to mine.
YES! WAHOO!

I wrap my arms around her waist and kiss her back passionately. Oh yeah! I'm in tonight!!!!

....Why does that feel so WIERD to think.
Man this kiss feels incredible. I'm not normally into kisses... foreplay isn't necessary. But this... this is really amazing...

Am I sick or something?

I hear Isabel ask everyone what the next game is as I take Tess' hand to go back into the main room the party was at. "Hey, Isabel, Alex!" I call, moving over towards them. "Liz made an announcement to move back into the other room and break up into small groups. She said she'll explain in just a minute. You guys want to grab Michael and Maria and we'll all make up a group? That way we don't get stuck with a bunch of strangers," I suggest.

He wraps his arms around my waist and kisses me passionately and I willingly open my mouth to allow his tongue to meet mine and explore my mouth. He tastes so good and he's such a great kisser. I could do this for the rest of my life and die perfectly happy. Wait a minute, that wasn't part of the plan. It must be just because he is honestly the best kisser I've ever kissed. God, I just want to jump him right here and now!

But I reluctantly pull back slightly after a few minutes and look into his eyes. "I think we'd better get back to the party for the next game. People will start to look for us and I don't want your sister or one of our good friends to walk in and see something they shouldn't," I tell him quietly. I don't know why but it feels wrong to break the moment by talking loudly. "But maybe we can continue this at a later time," I say with a smile.

Isabel

"Sounds good to me." I reply and take Alex's hand "Any idea what the next game's going to be Kyle? And where's the host of the party disappeared to?" I look around and don't spot her and Max is missing as well,that means...okay don't want to go there...eewwww!

"Nevermind,I dont' want to know."

ALEX

I smile in thanks at Kyle when he answers Isabel's question. I also notice that he and Tess are - like Isabel and me - holding hands. Very interesting, I so need to talk to Kyle later.

"Nevermind,I dont' want to know."

I laugh at Isabel's tone, guessing what she's thinking about. "Aww come on Isabel, I'm sure Liz is just showing Max ... her stamp collection or something."

Isabel

"Aww come on Isabel, I'm sure Liz is just showing Max ... her stamp collection or something."

I glare at Alex,"Stamp collection, yeah right sweetie!"

Then under my breath I add,"More like bra collection." and giggle

ALEX

"Stamp collection, yeah right sweetie!"

Sweetie? Interesting - guess I'm moving upwards in this relationship thing if I already get nicknames.

"More like bra collection."

"If you say so dear." I reply quietly, chuckling at the picture. I don't really think that Liz would further than her first bra before Max ... takes things in his hands ... in more ways than one.

Turning to Tess and Kyle - who is grinning - I ask the short blonde, "And, is Kyle behaving? Or do I need to have some words with the young man?"

She pulls away and I sigh. Damn it! I wanted that kiss to...

Argh argh...I'm losing it!

I smile at her before saying, "Yeah... I'd like that." I say with a large smile. "Shall we?" I say offering her my arm to go outside again.
