"Kyle!" I jumped away from Max, noticing the dark look on Kyle's face. Not wanting him to get the wrong idea, I quickly said, "Max just saved me from completely embarrassing myself." Kyle sent me a confused look. "I ran into him and almost fell, but he caught me," I elaborated, and then changed the subject. "Shall we ride?" I asked, motioning toward the barn.

Isabel

"Oh good" I said enthusiastically

Since Alex was keeping quiet I thought I might as well keep the conversation going..."When I got up this morning I thought it would rain but luckliy the Sun's come out.I haven't been for a picnic in ages."

"When we used to visit here during our vacations we always had picnics,Aunt Any and Unlce Jim are fun that way.It's amazing when all our families get together,one big party." I said laughing

Then I realised that I was monopolosing the conversation too much, "Alex feel free to butt in anytime.You're very quite today.Are you feeling okay?" I asked

I swung up onto my horse easily, taking the reigns in both hands. She was a beautiful mare, and spirited, if the way she was prancing around was any indication.

"Maria Michael, Alex and I will go on ahead and set up the picnic, Lizzie you wait for those three and come with them." Isabel suggested, and the 4 quickly took off, leaving my in the dust.

"What?! Wait, I want to..." but it was too late, they had already disappeared. Mumbling darkly, I walked my mare over to where Tess, Max, and Kyle were standing.

"Hey, guys, can we get a move on? I haven't ridden in weeks, and I'm quite anxious to do so!"

(OOC: No, not really. I've had a few lessons but literally about 5.)

"Oh am I? Sorry. It's just...I like hearing you talk about yourself. It's nice. Your family sounds great. I can just imagine your family doing that." I said smiling.

Kyle

I looked at both of them suspiciously but decided ot give Tess the benefit of the doubt.

"The horses are out front.Come on." I said offering Tess my arm

Isabel

"You'll soon be tired of hearing my voice if I keep droning on...I can hear water running,we must be close to the river." I said excitedly and made my horse go faster

Kyle

We got to the front and saw Liz waiting there by herself and by the looks of it she was furious...

"Hey,where'd everybody go?" I asked surprised

I quickly go after Isabel. "Wait up!" I call as I speed up.

"It's just around this corner!" I say loudly. We go around the corner, and see the river. "Here we are" I say smiling. I carefully stop and try to dismount. But my foot gets stuck. "Owch!" I moan as I can't get my foot over. I give my foot a tug. But nothing works. The horse moves nearer the river.
"Oh come on..." I moan as I give my foot another tug. This time this does the trick and my foot sets free. And in doing so I manage to fall off the horse and land in the river.
"AAAHHH!" I screach as I hit the cold water.

(ooc: Ok, lol. Just wondering. I have to leave like, right now. Sorry. )

"They took off. Apparently they grew tired of waiting." I replied, still glowering. I watched Max swing up onto his broad, grey horse, and scolded myself for admiring his muscles. "Shall we go, then?" I asked in a somewhat haughty manor.

<center> Tess </center>

I accepted Kyle's arm and walked back to the horses, staring at the mare apprehensively. "Kyle, I don't know how..." I started, biting my lip.

Kyle

"It's okay,Tess" I said reassuringly "I purposely picked an old and gentle one for you.I'll keep close so dont' worry."

I helped her mount the mare and then got onto my own horse.
"Let's go."
