"Everything" she says with a devastated laugh.

"Theres so much I want to tell you....but I don't know how."

I try to soothe her fears by rubbing y thumb along her knuckles.

"It's okay.You don't have to tell me. Just know that I am here for you ,and if you need to talk I'll always listen." I reassure her as the hotel comes into sight.

~Kyle~

Will that was different. I think as maria storms out. “And there goes hurricane Deluca.” I say. “To bad we can’t kill the source it be really easy right now all we have to do is seek Maria on him.”

I walk over to the book shelf and grab a few books. “Michael you can look through book of shadows I don’t want to accidently summon on told evil.... like more puppies.”

“Dustin go down stairs and get more coffee I work better on a caffeine buzz. Oh and make sure Maria doesn’t vanquish the coffee pot again!” I call out as he is walking out the door. I look at everyone. "Supper witch she is yes patient she ain’t not a good combination.”

~Dustin~

I walk into the kitchen and head over to the fridge quickly grabbing a coke from it then turn to Maria. “Kyle sent me, need any help?”

*Maria*


Dustin comes in and heads straight for the fridge. He immediately grabs a coke from the shelf and then turns to me.

“Kyle sent me, need any help?” he asks sweetly.

I shove the incompetent machine aside and growl in anger.

As soon as I do the blasted thing starts working.

"Thank Goddess!" I exclaim. " Kyle would have never let me live it down if I vanquished the coffee maker again." I laugh uneasily.

"It's just that I'm so frustrated I feel like I am stuck in my own mind." I state defeated.

"Could you grab the creamer?" I ask pointing to the cabnet.

"It's okay.You don't have to tell me. Just know that I am here for you ,and if you need to talk I'll always listen."

I smile at him and nod. "I need to call everyone and see if they are okay.I will be right back." I say walking away seeking privacy.

Once I am sure Andrew can't hear I pull my cell phone out of my purse and dial Maria's number hoping she will answer.

~Dustin~

I grab the cream and hand it to Maria. “Stuck in your own mind because you can’t remember right?” I say taking a gulp of my coke. “Why don’t you try that spell now then? You know the one you where talking about before you stormed off. And scared poor Kyle I think he likes his coffee way to much.”

*Maria*

He hands the creamer to me with a slight smile. Wow, he seems really nice. Did I forget him too? More frustration.

“Stuck in your own mind because you can’t remember right?” He says as if trying to take it all in.

“Why don’t you try that spell now then? You know the one you where talking about before you stormed off. And scared poor Kyle I think he likes his coffee way to much.”

I laugh at this a hearty uninhibited chuckle. Oh it feels good to do that. I feel like I haven't even smiled in such a long time.

"Sorry." I appoligize to Dustin.

"Kyle's a wuss. He learned not to mess with me when I tore his G. I. Joe's head off in the second grade."

I hear something ringing insistantly. Huh? I look around for the source of the annoying tune. It's mine.

Only I have Rock You Like a Hurricane as a ringtone. I fish through my pockets and whip it out.

"Sorry." I appologize to Dustin.

"Hello?"

"Hello?"

"Hey Maria" I pause before continueing "Is everything okay? None of you are hurt right?" I ask.

~Dustin~

"Kyle's a wuss. He learned not to mess with me when I tore his G. I. Joe's head off in the second grade."

oh god! I think as I start to chuckle. Then I hear Rock You Like a Hurricane start to play and Maria pulls out her cell phone. “Oh hahaha!” I lean against the counter that’s just to funny. I think to my self.

"Sorry." She says.

I wave my hand at her since I can’t really speak right now then nod still grinning like a fool.

*Tess*

I walk over and plop down on the couch resting my face in my hands trying to keep control of my emotions, trying not to lose it

*Maria*

"Hey Maria" she says worriedly.

"Is everything okay? None of you are hurt right?" I sigh into the phone.

"No. Not physically anyway. I'm just having a little short term memory loss. Nothing that a little spell won't fix."

The coffee part starts to overflow spraying dark coffee everywhere.

"Uh. Oh. Uh Beyonka I gotta go. The coffee maker is doing a really bad impression of Old Faithful! I'll call you back!"

I drop the phone and sprint to the contraption that is currently running amuck!

This would be a really good time to have an active power.

"Ahhh!" I scream as the yucky black liquid squirts across my top.
