Max:

I continued to get ready and headed to the Valenti palace, I knocked on the door as the severant let me in.

Jim:"Maxwell, you're early--the last time you were early for an activity was when the--" Amy cut me off as she entered the room.

Amy:

"Jim this isn't the time or the place for that kind of rubbish... Max...how nice it is to see you again." I told him.

Max:
"Oh. yeah, it's nice to see you too--my father wants to thank you for the arrangements yesterday--he's feeling a bit under the weather right now, but he's sends you his best.

Amy:
"Oh..poor man, do send him our love...will you." Max nodded. "Well, all the ladies are up--You are the first gentleman to arrive."

Max:"Well that's a first.." I laughed.

Jim:
I laughed along with him, "I know what you mean..."

Amy:
I cleared my throat...getting Jims attention, "Dear can I see you in the other room." I asked him.

Jim:
Before trailing off after Amy, I whispered to Max. "Word of advise...don't get married..." He smirked as I did the same.

Amy:
"JIMMM!!" I shouted at him from the other room.

Jim:
"Comming dear!" I called back.

Max:
I laughed at the both of them and scrathed the back of my head and the small blonde haired girl came out of the kitchen... "Tess right?" I said as she looked at me and smiled..."Hi, I met you yesterday remember...I'm Maxwell Evans--How are you on this fine morning...I know nothing can compare to the beauty such as yours." I smiled as I brought my lips to her hand and gently kissed it. But just as i did so, the thought of Lady Elizabeth poped into my thoughts...and I couldn't shake her from my thoughts after that. For some reason I couldn't get this woman out of my head. She'd been in my head all night and all morning..."excuse me Tess..." I smiled as I made my way into the kitchen where everyone was.

I smile as I tell Liz that of course she may borrow them. Then I beam when I see Michael. He kissed my hand.
Whoa...maybe I didn't muck it up so badly after all!
I smile at him. "Yes, I am...very much so" I say.

I quickly tell my mother where I am going and before she can stop me I jump in the carriage and set off for the Valenti household. My thoughts and senses were still filled with Isabel. This should be fun.
I get out of the carriage and go in through the open door. I find them all in the dining room again.
"Heya" I say as I enter. I then walk over to Isabel. "Morning" I say rather shyly.

I noticed Alex entering the room and I instantly felt a rush of happiness.It had been a long time since I'd felt that way..."Hi Alex!Good to see you." I said as I put out my hand to shake his

I couldn't help but laugh at Liz's disdain of Max,I hadn't seen a woman who could resist him so far...well there's always a first I thought to myself with a sly grin on my face.

Maybe my casanova of a best bud has finally met his match..."well dont' let him get to you" I told her cheerfully,this was going to be interesting to watch

I shake her hand. "You too" I said smiling. I look down at my feet, not sure what to say.

Isabel

"Excuse me for a moment will you" I said to Alex "I'll run up and do my hair.I'll be down in a few minutes,dont go anywhere." I said winking at him.

I was amazed at my boldness but at the same time I got a kick out of it.I ran up the stairs laughing at the surprised look on Alex's face

I turned around as I was going up the stairs and said to him,"Thanks but I can't exaclty keep it open while I'm riding now can I."

Seeing that all the gents had arrived I suggested that the four of us go down to the stables and get the horses.

"We'll see you girls at the front door in fifteen minutes." I yelled up the stairs,since they'd all gone up to do some last minute girly stuff
