"Why're you giving up on me?" I ask him before he enters his room

"I haven't said or done anything other than what I felt in my heart,and what I feel for you is real.Victor was my past." I said emphatically

"But if you don't want to try and work for something then I guess I can't force you." I said walking away

"Isabel." I call out.
I can hear her stop. I don't face her....I can't. I can't believe about to say this...but it's the right thing to do.
"Isabel, I don't want to be the one who stands between two people who are meant to be together. You can say you were hurt and I know you were but...we both know this guy didn't want to or mean to. And we both know you still care about him, even if that's really hidden.
I can't be the one to stop that Isabel. I can't." I say. I then slip back into my room. I go into my bathroom, lock the door, and cry quietly.

What the hell?...that man has some imagination,needs to have his brain checked.

I kept pacing my balcony,trying to cool off.My temper was rising and I needed to remain calm.I wasn't going to let Alex be so spineless about this,I decided.

I went and banged on his bathroom door..."If you don't open the door Alex,I'll keep banging till my hands are raw." I said threateningly

I open the door. I just look at her.

"Do I have to spell everything out for you?????????" I asked angrily

"I want to be with you,I want to spend my time getting to know you,I want to take you home to meet my family."

There I had said it all,against my better judgement..."now if that is not plain enough for you,I don't know what else to do."

"Ball's in your court Alex" I said with finality,"make up your mind and let me know"

I walked away.

"Isabel" I say.
She stops walking.
I walk over and step infront of her.
I look at her for about two seconds before I kiss her.

I kissed him back passionately,happiness flooding my body but I also started crying from sheer relief that I got gotten through to Alex

I can't believe it.
I pull her as close to me as possible. I wrap my arms around her.

I hid my face in his neck,breathing in his scent and hugging him tightly.Suddenly I was just so tired,after the long day we'd had.

I realised that my head was splitting and that I needed to lie down," Alex,I want to lie down for a while,my head's aching.Will you stay with me?"

"Sure" I say giving her a small smile. I take her hand and lead her through to her room.
