I wonder what's going on that they would actually drag Jake there?

Michael and I both know that Chris is having visions. I really want to know if they're getting more serious. They've been developing ever since he was a child. Now I'm really worried.

Man, I need to learn how to lie better! Now I realize I've worried Maria. Trying to waylay her fears, I say quickly, "Nothing serious. It didn't seem severe. Maybe it's just a change in the barometric pressure on his sinuses. We heard about that in biology."

Occ: Should I wait for "Leo" to either get the message to Chris or not before having Michael call Chris on Roxie's phone?

"It doesn't matter!" I bark. Dialing my son's cell phone. "I'm calling Chris to try to get some answers." I wait for him to pick up.

I realize that I'm digging myself into a deep hole and I think that's funny because usually I can lie better than this. Wait; I'm not even really lying. I'm just trying to cover for an investigation that I know nothing about. Realizing that, I shrug. "I really don't know anything," I tell them all, happy that at last, I sound like I'm telling the truth.

Now if they decide to continue this line of questioning, Jake or I will have to do something drastic.

All of a sudden my phone rings, again. I pick it up and don't bother looking at the caller ID, because I know it's Roxie. Boy, was I wrong.

"Christian James Guerin, where the hell are you? Because I'm standing in Principal Walters' office and he tells me that not only are you not in class but neither are Angel or Leo! Now you better start explaining, pronto!" I tell him. I know how to be intimidating when I want to and I also know which of my boys will break first. Chris is the responsible...the Max clone. He's so much like my best friend that I've often joked with Max and Maria that they must have had an affair and tried to pass him off as my son.

When he calls me James I know I'm in trouble. Now don't get me wrong their have been other times, but I think this is one of the moments where my dad is really mad at me.

"Umm...Dad I know your mad, but believe me I have a good reason for ditching. You see I had a vis..." I trail off wondering if this is a secure line to speak on.

I move closer to Michael slowly, trying to hear Chris' response since everyone else is concentrating on Michael and no longer watching me. When Michael whips around and glares at me, I smile weakly and back off.

~MICHAEL~

When I feel someone sneaking up on me, I whip around and when I see it's Roxie, I give her a look that lets her know exactly what I'm thinking. She backs off and I turn my attention back to my son. "What was that, Chris? I'm not sure I caught that."

I answer weakly, "I had a vision."

I know Dad is going to blow up. He's going to say why I didn't tell him that I've been having them frenquently. I bet he'll even bring up the time Angel almost got beat up by some meat head jocks for messing with Sarah.
