"Max, please," I say. "Look it's not what I wanted, I swear. Look, I really need to talk to you, Max. What I have to tell you is more important right now. Our lives depend on it. It's about Khivar."

Just as Max turns to look at the guy I am talking about Elizabeth Parker walks into the crashdown. And Max looks like he has just had his heart ripped out and now some guy is kissing her... wow that was harsh.

"I have to...go..." Max tells us before making his escape out the back. Hehe I can hear Jeff yelling from out here.

I see Liz talking to the new guy she points us out then goes after Max. what? The other guy comes over to us and I am so ready to hate him. As I am sure Isabel is... speaking of Issy where is Michael and Maria?

"Hey...erm...Im Nathan...erm...Liz said I had to talk to you...its about two..."not-from-round-here" men if you get what I mean. Liz says your all in danger" The guy blurts out when he reaches us.

“Dude.” I point to Isabel. “She ain’t from around here if you get my drift. Just spit it out already.” Liz told this guy? Aw man dose that mean I have to like him? Hey no wait I haven’t spoken to Liz in years she is hardly a friend of mine now so I can be mean. “And she is a little pissed right now.” I add glancing over at Issy. “Be glad they don’t have death ray eyes.”

I am forgotten once again when Elizabeth and Nathan walk in. I smile as I watch the reactions of everyone. Zan leaves almost in tears Elizabeth fallows leaving Nathan to deal with Vilondra who looks very angry oh this should be fun.

"Hey...erm...Im Nathan...erm...Liz said I had to talk to you...its about two..."not-from-round-here" men if you get what I mean. Liz says your all in danger"
Please don’t kill me I hear him think.

“Dude. She ain’t from around here if you get my drift. Just spit it out already. And she is a little pissed right now. Be glad they don’t have death ray eyes.” the human Kyle says. And I burst out laughing.

“No we don’t have death ray eyes Nathan but what we can do is just has bad. Ask Alex Whitman Elizabeth’s friend.. Oh wait Ava killed him.” I smirk.

I swallow hard. I open my mouth to say something when I hear a cold laugh from behind me.

“No we don’t have death ray eyes Nathan but what we can do is just has bad. Ask Alex Whitman Elizabeth’s friend.. Oh wait Ava killed him.”

"And that would be one of them" I say quietly. "Khivar I believe..."

Serena

I look around at everyone, confused. I have feeling I really don't want to be apart of it. I quietly and quickly make my way to the door. Something about the strange man that has been watching me the past few days doesn't just want new friends.

"Great. Nicholas and Khivar. Thats fantastic. There you told me. Let me deal with Khivar and you leave me alone to get on with stupid existance"

He's not facing me, he can't even bear to look at me!

"Your in danger Max," I say gently, "I can't just leave you knowing that he's right here in Roswell killing people."

"That puts you in danger too. And Im sure your boyfriend or fiance or husband or whatever wouldn't like that. Ive been paranoid since you left, I can look after myself and us and Zan."

Zan...oh my God, how old is the little kid now anyway's?? 6? 7?

"Boyfriend," I correct him. "Not husband or Fiance. And look, I know that I might of screwed up when I left Roswell. But you don't know what the hell I was going through, Max. But right now none of this really matters. This is about Khivar, not me." I pause slightly, thinking quickly to myself. Should I tell him about Future Max and what he said about The End of the World? Or should I wait and tell him later??

"Khivar's coming for you and I think his plans might be a little bigger than you think they are.

"Boyfriend. Not husband or Fiance. And look, I know that I might of screwed up when I left Roswell. But you don't know what the hell I was going through, Max. But right now none of this really matters. This is about Khivar, not me."

She pauses.

"Khivar's coming for you and I think his plans might be a little bigger than you think they are.

I whip around and look at her, "Do you really think I care? As long as my friends, my family and my son are ok I don't give a damn what he does to me. It can't be worse than the hell of the last seven years. And it certainly can't be worse than watching you gloat that you have a boyfriend."

I look at her swallowing.

"Do you know how I drove everyone away? How my sister would beg me to stop with my theories on people coming. I was right all along of course but they couldn't see it. They couldn't see it since they have each other. All I have is a seven year old son who's mother killed herself and ruined my life. A son who doesnt have a clue whats going on. And whilst Im doing anything I try desperately to get the one thing that haunts my mind. The one thing everyone tries not to mention and yet I still think about that one thing..."

I look directly into her eyes "...You.

I pause before saying "And I will be damned if Im about to let you back in again to push me further down, if thats possible"

I turn around and start getting in the jeep.

I'm speechless. I'm comepletely speechless. Tear's start to burn my eye's but I quickly blink them away before Max can see anything.

I have to say something before he leaves. I just have to get him to talk to me some more.

I take a deep breath.

"You know what?" I say loudly, ctaching his attention before he has a chance to get inside the jeep. "I hope you know what none of this would of happened if it wouldn't of been for that damned Future version of you! Your the one who came to me eight year's ago telling me that I had to make you fall out of love with me. Your the one who said that if I didn't get you closer to Tess the damned world would end." I let out a small dry laugh, "And me? I listened to you. Stupid me, I pretended to sleep with Kyle so you would fall out of love with me so that the world could continue spinning for another decade or so. Didn't help much though did it? Because of the stupid mistake I did of listening to you, or the future version of you anyway's, I lost my best friend. I lost everything I had."

I pause and look in his eye's,

"And guess what? World's still gonna' end."

"You know what?" she says loudly, and against my judgement I stop.

"I hope you know what none of this would of happened if it wouldn't of been for that damned Future version of you! Your the one who came to me eight year's ago telling me that I had to make you fall out of love with me. Your the one who said that if I didn't get you closer to Tess the damned world would end."

I swallow as she gives a dry laugh.

"And me? I listened to you. Stupid me, I pretended to sleep with Kyle so you would fall out of love with me so that the world could continue spinning for another decade or so. Didn't help much though did it? Because of the stupid mistake I did of listening to you, or the future version of you anyway's, I lost my best friend. I lost everything I had."

I turn around and look at her, meeting her gaze.

"And guess what? World's still gonna' end."

"You...didn't...sleep with Kyle?" I ask quietly.

I tried to process what she had just said. "I...I came back? How?" I say confused. "And he...wanted me to be with Tess?"

I look at the ground. "I don't understand...from what you said...he didn't tell you to leave...and you left a whole year after Tess left...we found out she was going to kill me. And after she killed herself for all of us...then you left? You think you have nothing? You have your boyfriend and that friend of yours. You really think you have no one Liz? My family think Im mad. I cant communicate with my friends, and my son is too young to understand anything."

I look at her. "You didn't leave because of that. If you did you would have left before then. And you know what? Im not letting the world end...not for everyone else anyway. My world ended when you left."

I turn away again so she doesnt see the tears forming in my eyes.
