Isabel/Calypso

"Michael!" I look up at him,not wanting to lose hope "We have to do something...he can't die."

Michael

"Hang in there Remus, keep your eyes on Isabel," I say quietly, placing a hand on his chest. I have no idea if it'll work, but I focus as hard as I can, and sure enough, my hand starts glowing again.

"I think it's working," I say, and focus harder. I can't lose Remus, my friend, I just found him again. Too much has happened, I want to kill Sebastian. He's ruined too many lives.

I nod...what I really want to do is hold Liz and get lost in her...to be able to bury my face in her hair.

Isabel/Calypso

"Almost done Remus." I whisper into his ear "You're going to be okay."

Michael

I can tell that Remus is starting to move, and breath a little better, and there's less blood, and I let out a small smile.

"Thank god." I continue to focus for a few more minutes, until the glowing stops, meaning he must be better.

I try to stand up, but I can't; I feel dizzy. Sitting back, I bring my clean hand up to my forehead. "Wow, the room's spinning a bit."

Isabel/Calypso

I let out a sigh of relief "Thanks Michael."
I prop Remus up a little and hug him tightly "You gave me a fright you idiot." I smile into his hair,knowing that everything is okay now


Remus

"Didn't think you could get rid of me that easily..did you?" I smile weakly,lifting one hand to her head,stroking her hair

"Thanks buddy." I nod at Michael "I owe you one."

Michael

"You're welcome, and Remus, consider it payback for saving my ass," I say, smiling, before closing my eyes and leaning against the nearest sturdy thing. I feel like I've ben completely drained of all energy.

*Maria*

He heals Remus and I am thankful that his friend is okay. Slinking back onto the ground my beloved leans against the couch. His face is pale and he appears to be completely drained of energy.

Rushing to his side, I lean over peering into his face. My fingertips graze his cheek his skin is cold to the touch.

" Baby I think we should get you upstairs." Turning to the others, I ask.

"Someone want to help me?"

Isabel/Calypso

Looking up I notice Maria next to Michael...how I hate her

"Michael,I think Remus and I will leave." Setting Remus against the sofa I go to Michael and hug him "Thanks so much,I wasn't much help back there...being all hysterical." Placing a chaste kiss on his cheek I say "Stop by later to see him."

"You're a gem."

I run a hand through my hair trying to make sense of all this. I failed..I could not heal him. That has never happened before...I have always been able to heal...anybody.
