Alison, it's an awesome update - love it (just like the whole story)

the pace of the story seems perfect

btw, is there a possibility for you to finish this before the 1st July?

just asking cause I'll be on a 2 weeks vacation after that day and won't be able to check this place for updates

Thank you! Um... July the first? I really have no idea at this stage. My laptop died a while ago and I'm waiting for a new power cord to come in so I can start writing again. And I have no idea when that will come in and my battery is dead without it.
I'm actually going on a holiday in the last week of June so... probably not.
But it'll be there when you get back
