Chapter Nine Continued
Liz sat crossed legged on Isabel's bed while Isabel sat behind her brushing her long brown hair. "You know I was kidding before about you and Max. I just like to tease him. Really like I should be the one to talk. I mean do you remember me and Jessie in Utah after you and Max were arrested after breaking into that covenient store. We both were sneeking around the hotel so we won't get caught by my parents." Isabel said laughing remembering how her and Jessie tried to act all professional when ever someone would ask why she was in his room.
Liz smiled "Yes I remember. Of course the best was when you and Alex were both caught in the Easer Room. I never laughed so much in my life besides the whole poliece sriptess act he did at your surprise party." Liz said laughing.
"Oh my god I died he was just too cute and funny.The way he smiled under those glasses before he started the music was adorible and then he started dancing to the song "Ride the Train" while he threw his poliece hat at me while he was stripping was hysterical. But the best was when my mom came right in the middle of the whole thing I was dying." Isabel said said as her laughter grew. "I know that was great! Thats Alex for yeah it was such a classic Whittman moment" Liz laughed remembering the antics of her old friend.
"The look on Alex face was priceless when he saw my mom standing there as she caught him dancing in his undershirt!" Isabel said as her and Liz both laughed. "God I miss him so much." Isabel said after she controled her laughter.
Liz smiled "Me too. Don't worry we will get him back." Liz said as Isabel finished wipping the smuged masquara under Liz's eyes. "I know but you see thats the problem. I don't know what to do. Jessie wants me to move with him to Boston after Christmas or sooner if possibel. And now Alex is back and I love them both. I am just so confused." She said looking at Liz with concern.
Liz smiled "Isabel you have a right to be happy. Who ever you choose I am sure it will be for the best. In the wise words of my Grandma Claudia rememeber if it isn't complicated then he probably isn't your soul mate. Just follow your heart and everything will fall into place." Liz said giving Isabel a hug. Isabel smiled "Thank you you don't know how much I needed to hear that." Isabel said looking at Liz.
Liz and Isabel hadn't had the best relationship in the begining. they were both envious of eachother for different reason. Isabel was very popular alwasy having the latest fashions and all the boys loved her. She was even at one point considered to be the Elle McPherson of the sophomore class in high school.
Liz on the other hand was popular however in very differnt ways. . The perfect Liz Parker. Always the good student getting A's.Liz was considered to be the quite science droke type. Maria and Alex were considerd the weird or geek types in High school and were her close friends. Her parents The Parkers owned the Crashdown Cafe so everyone in town knew who she was. and she was well like among Kyles Jocks friends.
However Isabel and Liz aways wanted a piece of each others lives. Isabel was lonely and didn't have the freinds Liz had.
Liz wanted to be popular for once and have the one guy she always loved Max Evans Isabels brother to be in love with her. She also wished she was as popular as Isabel and more self confient in the way Isabel could light up a room with her presents.
Isabel was jealious of Max and Liz together in the beginning especially after she found out Liz knew their secret of them not being human. Isabel was also afraid that Liz was getting in the way of her and Max and was afraid Liz would take him way. She was also jelious that Liz found someone who loved her for her despite Max and Isabel's terrible secret. And how Liz accepted Max and loved him more because of it.
Over time they both grew to like each other and found that they weren't bad or scary like they first had thought of each other. Isabel over time considerned Liz and Maria to be her clostest friends. she even asked them to be her bridesmaids in her wedding party. Liz thought of her as a close friend as well and asked Isabel as well to be a bridesmade for her wedding to Max.
Liz smiled. "You know it's nice having you as my sister. Hang in there." Liz said squeezing her hand. "Now about that lip stick." Liz said."Sure sis now what where you thinking?" Isabel said as her hand held her chin."I was thinking a pink or red.'"Liz said smiling as Isabel waved her hand two times over Liz's lips using her powers to color them. Isabel looked at Liz to see what color looked best on her and then nodded as a huge smile crepted across her face. "Red Definally!" Isabel said smiling.

Chapter Nine Continued
Soon the Evans house was busy with noise and chatter as Maria,Micheal,Kyle,Amy,Jim,Jessie,and The Parkers arrived. Mr. and Mrs. Evans still were still in shock as to the news that Tess was alive and sleeping in there house.
"So I hear the Bitch is back" Maria said to Liz as she entered. "Maria!" Liz said in shock. "Liz I am kidding but I mean come on she does deserve it after what she did to us." Maria said laughing at her friend. "Anyway enough about Tess. Did Romeo show up last night?" Maria said with a courious look in her eye. "Yes!" Liz said blushing. "And' Maria said nugging her friend. "Well lets just say that the starcross lovers took their flight." Liz said beaming. "Good I am glad it's about time you two had some time together." She said smiling.
"Max where is Tess? Is she alright?" Micheal asked. "Did she hurt you in anyway?" he said looking at his friend. "No Micheal Tess is fine she didn't hurt anyone. She is upstairs resting but I think we should go up and see her one at a time. She still is recovering." Max said looking to the others.
"Liz's parents are upstairs visiting her now they should be finished soon." Max said looking at the stairs.
In a few minutes The Parkers arrived in the living room. "Wow I can't believe it. that poor girl." Nancy cried as she made her way to a chair to sit down. "It's a mircheal she survived." Mr. Parker said looking at the others. " I had no idea what you guys have been though. I am so sorry you had to deal with all of this." Mr. Parker said as he gave Liz a hug. "Dad it's ok. We are together again. How is she?' Liz said looking at her dad with concern. "Tess is fine tired but is ok. She said she wanted to see Micheal, Maria, and Amy." He said looking up at them.
The three of them made there way to the door. "I'll open it." Amy said as she turned the knob. The door opened and there laying in bed was Tess her long golden curly hair covering the pillow where she slepted. She stirred at the sound. "Maria, Micheal, Mrs. Deluca" She said as she rose to prob herself up on the pillow. "Tess oh my god what happened to you." Amy said as she went over to the bed and rubbed her forehead. "I am fine please sit" She said waving her hand towards the chair next to her.
Micheal went and sat down while Maria sat down on the bed.
"You know you gave us quight a scare there. Max called me to tell me what happened to you. Tess I am so sorry." Micheal said looking at the frail creature in frount of him. She smiled. "It's ok I am felling better now thank you all for coming."
Maria looked at her how could it be that the one person they all hated she now felt sorry for. She smiled as took Tess's hand. "Tess you know we would be here. I mean I am so sorry for everything we put you through and the tourcher you had to bear. But I am sill mad as to what you did. Esp to Alex, Max, and Liz! How could you!" Maria cried looking at her in the eye.
"Maria!" Micheal said looking at her as if to say giver her a break. Amy looked at Maria as well shocked as to what she just heard. "No it's ok you have ever right to be mad at me. What I did was wrong andI don't expect everyone to forgive me just yet. We are all trying to heal and put the past away. But I want to to know that I am sorry for what I have done to all of you." Tess said as she squeezed her hand.
"Tess we know you are. I am really sorry you had to live a life like this. But I am glad you are with us now." Micheal said as he gave her a hug. "Tess you were always so kind to Jim and Kyle that was the best christmas gift I ever recieved when you invited me over there house for dinner. You made it so special. You were always so good to those two. No one is perfect. I know that there is still some good in you despite what you have been through. I am glad you are home. Feel better." Amy said as she kissed her on the forehead.
Micheal got up from the chair "Get some rest." He said making his way to the door. Maria paused for a moment. "Look Tess I am sorry about before I guess it was some kind of pent up rage that I had been wanting to get out for some time. Truth is I am glad you are back. Oh yeah and Kyle will be thrilled to see you. He is here downstairs. Sweet dreams." Maria said as she squeezed Tess hand before she sank back to sleep. Maria then joined the others as they made their way downstairs.

Chapter Nine Continued
The three of them made there way downstairs and into the living room. "How is she?" Isabel said looking up at her friends as Amy made her way into the kitchen to see the Parkers and Evans. "Tess is fine she is sleeping." Micheal said as he sat down next to Maria on the couch. "Good she needs rest after the nightmares she has been having." Isabel said as she looked at her friends.
"I still don't trust her." Maria said with a distant look. "I mean how can we be sure she is telling us the truth?" She said looking concerned. "Maria is right Max I mean Tess has lied to us before in the past so what makes it differnt now?" He said taking Maria's hand.While Maria sniffed on a small bottle of Eucalyptus oil to keep herslef calm and relaxed.
Max looked at them and then took a deep breath before answering. "Well I am really not sure. I mean I believe her for some reason. I don't know why. Maybe we can find a way to see if what she is saying is real." Max said looking at Isabel. "I could Dreamwalk her." Isabel suggested. "And I could heal her mind to see if it was damagaged at all while she was in the White Room." Max said looking at Isabel.
"It could work remember thats how we found Max and was able to see if what was happening to him. And remember How when you healed Brody form his accident you got flashes from your past life on your planet" Liz said remembering the past events. Max looked at her and nodded then turned to look at his sister. "I think I will work. I mean it's worth a try." Max said as he held Liz's hand tight.
"But Isabel it's too dangerious." Jessie said "No your not doing it." He said frimly. "But Jessie I have to." Isabel pleaded. "Please I have to know the truth!" Isabel said firmly."Please I have to... to find Alex." She said in a whisper. "Alex! what does Alex have to do with this.He is dead. Look Isabel Alex was a friend of yours who died but he is not coming back!" Jessie said in shock. "No Jessie Alex is alive and I have to find him. Look I can't tell you how or why but I know he is alive." Isabel said as her eyes grew wide. "Please let me do this for Maria and Liz they were his clostest friends they have a right to know." She said pleading. Jessie looked at Isabel then at Maria and Liz. "OK just be careful." He said kissing her cheek. Isabel smiled faintly. "Don't worry I will be." She said.
"Don't worry Jessie if there is one woman I iknow who is strong enough to do this it's Isabel.' Kyle said as he squeezed her hand and smiled. Isabel looked Kyle in the eye and smiled knowing he understood her.
Kyle and Isabel had gotten close over the years especially after Alex died. Kyle was there to comfort her when her brother was not. He even helped her get back at her brother for being a jerk to her and for sleeping with Tess. They would plan and pull practical jokes on him at school and laugh. One time they stuck him to the floor so he couldn't walk when leaving class. Kyle was also the first person Isabel had told about her engagement to Jessie and her fears and about it. Kyle over time had grown a crush on Isabel however he soon realised it wouldn't work with her being married but he always thought of her as a very good friend.
"Thanks Kyle. I won't let you guys down." Isabel said turning to her friends. "We will do it tonight after everyone leaves."Max said confirming the plan. "Kyle I think we should check on Tess see how she is feeling." Jim said interupting the slience.
"Yeah sure dad I'll be right there." Kyle said as he watched his dad leave the room before getting up from the couch. " Well I'm a man on a mission: Sex or death!" Kyle said smiling rubbing his hands together "Wish me luck." He cried jumping to the stairway as he heard the six voices laughing in the other room while he climbed the stairs.

Chapter Ten
Jim made his way into the darkly light room. He bent down next to Tess and stroked her forehead. Tess opened her eyes at the fimilar touch. "Hi" Jim whispered. "How are you feeling." he said smiling. Tess smiled. "I am doing alright. Still really tired. How are you?" Tess said as she started to wake up more. "Me I am great. Kyle and I were thrilled when we heard the news. Tess I am so sorry about what happend to you." Jim said as he rubbed her hand. "I want you to know that if you ever need anything you just ask you know you are always welcome in our house. We will even set up your old spot for you in Kyles room." He said smiling.
Tess laughed. "Thank you. How is Kyle?" She said smiling. "Kyle is great. He is here. You can see him in a few minutes." Jim said as he kissed her on the fore head. "Your a fighter thats for sure Tess. Its a good Valentie trate and it's helped me a lot over the years. Always keep that spirit." he said as he kissed her on the forehead as Kyle entered the room. "I think there is someone here to see you. I'll leave you two alone." Jim said as he closed the door behind him.
Kyle stood there looking at her. Her face seemed to glow and be radient in the dim light as he sat down next to her on the bed. "Kyle!" Tess said her smile beaming"So I hear you gave them hell. Your quight the fighter aren't you?" Kyle said smiling. Tess reached up and gave him a huge hug. "Oh Kyle its great to see you!" She sighed as tears ran down her cheeks as they held on to each other. They broke from their hug and in the light Tess could see Kyle was crying as well. "Whats wrong?" She asked in concern. "Nothing. It's just that I always prayed I would see you again."
Kyle said smiling as he wipped the tears from his eyes.
"Tess I am so sorry about how I acted towards you. I never thought you didn't have a soul. You were the only one I ever in my life felt connected to. Like there was this great energy sourse you know." he said looking into her deep blue eyes. Tess looked up at him and smiled. How she had missed him. "I see you are still into that stuff Buddah boy." Tess said laughing. "What can I say the little guys got a soft spot in my heart." He said laughing. "You know Isabel said that you were still having nightmares I could teach you some mediation techniques to help you get ride of them by clearning your mind." Kyle said as he held Tess's hand. She sighed "I would like that." As she placed her hand on his cheak and smiled. "It's been so long Kyle. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be here together again in this house in Roswell. It feels so unreal."
She said as she looked deep into his eyes. Eyes that were kind,funny, careing, and loving. Kyle reached up and touched Tess's hand. "This is real Tess becasue if it wasn't real I couldn't touch you." He said smiling into her beautiful deep blue eye. Tess smiled and then sighed as she lay back down onto the bed. Kyle reached for the covers and tucked her in.
He reached for the lamp to turn it off. "Do you want the lamp off?" He said looking at her. She nooded. Kyle reached for the cord but just before he could turn it off he felt a hand on his arm." You know we never did finish trimming that lamp." Tess whispered in his ear. Kyle turned. "Yeah we never did." he whispered and then gulped. " You know In order to trim the lamp of wisdom, we must attend to our bodily needs. He whispered smiling. "Then let me tell you something, Buddha-boy...I got a lamp that needs some serious trimming." Tess said as she reached up and kissed Kyle lightly on the lips.
Their kiss soon turned passionate and then Tess broke away. "I am so sorry." She whispered. "For what?" Kyle said breathlessly. "For not doing that sooner." She sighed. Klye smiled. "Hey you can trim my lamp anyday" He said smiling. Tess laughed. "So are you any wiser?" She laughed. "Hm not sure yet. Got to get back to you on that one? If I am I'll let you know" Kyle said jokenly. Tess smiled and laughed wearly as sleep was starting to take over her body again. "Get some rest. Sweet dreams." Kyle said as he kissed her fore head. He then turned the light off and staird at her for a few moments smiling to himself before he closed the door.

He said smiling into her beautiful deep blue eye. Tess smiled and then sighed as she lay back down onto the bed. Kyle reached for the covers and tucked her in.
He reached for the lamp to turn it off. "Do you want the lamp off?" He said looking at her. She nooded. Kyle reached for the cord but just before he could turn it off he felt a hand on his arm." You know we never did finish trimming that lamp." Tess whispered in his ear. Kyle turned. "Yeah we never did." he whispered and then gulped. " You know In order to trim the lamp of wisdom, we must attend to our bodily needs. He whispered smiling. "Then let me tell you something, Buddha-boy...I got a lamp that needs some serious trimming." Tess said as she reached up and kissed Kyle lightly on the lips.
Their kiss soon turned passionate and then Tess broke away. "I am so sorry." She whispered. "For what?" Kyle said breathlessly. "For not doing that sooner." She sighed. Klye smiled. "Hey you can trim my lamp anyday" He said smiling. Tess laughed. "So are you any wiser?" She laughed. "Hm not sure yet. Got to get back to you on that one? If I am I'll let you know" Kyle said jokenly. Tess smiled and laughed wearly as sleep was starting to take over her body again. "Get some rest. Sweet dreams." Kyle said as he kissed her fore head. He then turned the light off and staird at her for a few moments smiling to himself before he closed the door.

Chapter Ten continued
Kyle was beaming as he entered the living room. "What are you so happy about?"Isabel asked looking up at Kyle. "Tess kissed me!" he sighed. "What are you sure she wasn't still drugged?" Maria said in shock and everyone looked at Kyle surprised. "No she wasn't drugged. Lets just say she gained some wisdom." He said glowing. "Wow thats great Kyle congrats." Liz said smiling at her friend.
"Micheal,Maria we are leaving." Amy called from the kitchen as she entered the living room with a huge box in hand. "Sorry guys for making you leave but if I don't get these T-shirts delivered before the Fourth of July then they will ring my neck at the carnival on sunday." Amy said smiling as she handed Micheal the box. "Don't worry Mrs. Deluca we will get it done.
Oh yeah I forgot to tell you guys I got my old apt back! I can move in this weekend." Micheal said smiling. "Well I will see you giys later." he said as he made his way to the frount door. "Maria if you or Micheal need any help moving him in just let us know. You know how Micheal is." Isabel said smiling. Maria rolled her eyes. "Oh god tell me about it! We well be luck if we make it to the carnival to see the fire works in time! Well I will see you guys later good luck tonight." Maria said as she followed her mom to the frount door.
"Kyle. We are leaving." Jim said as he looked at his son. "I promised Amy I would help." Jim said smiling. Amy had been Jims old childhood crush they had dated for a while but lost touch. Now that everyone was back together they realised how much they had missed each other and were reaady for a relationship this time.
Amy smiled as she helped Jim with one of the boxes. "Thanks again Phile and Diana. If they is anything you need you know who to call." He said making his way to the truck outside. Kyle got up from the couch "Well I got to go. Take care." he said giving Isabel, Max and Liz a hug goodbye. "Good luck tonight. Be careful." He said still on cloud nine as he made his way outside smiling.
Jessie got up from the couch. "Isabel do you want me to stay here tonight? I mean it's not a problem." he said looking at her lovenly. "Jessie thats really sweet of you but I will be fine. I am still up for dinner though at your moms. It will be nice to see her again." She said smiling. "Ok he said well we better get going then. Don't want to keep her waiting." He said getting his coat. "Tell mom and dad I will be back later." Isabel said giving Liz and Max a hug goodbyee. "Sure thing Isabel. See you tonight." Max said as he watched them leave.
Max looked at Liz "Wow this has been another crazy day." He sighed. "I know tell me about it. I am goin to stay with you guys tonight I am much apart of this as you are." Liz said as she squeezed Max's hand. "Of course you can stay. I wouldn't have it anyother way." He said smiling. "Hey Max look since Micheal has his own place mayeb we could move in together with him?' She said looking deep into Max's eyes. "I am not sure how our parents would like that but I guess we could talk to them now and see." max said getting up from the couch and walked into the kitchen as he held Liz's hand.
"Hey Max whats up?" Mr. Evans said as they both sid down at the kitchen table. "Well um you know that Liz and I are now married." Max said as he and Liz looked at there parents. Liz said as Mrs Evans smiled nodding that she could. "Well Liz.. um ok as long as you don't mind Diana?" Nancy said with a concered look. "No are you kidding not at all I consider Liz like one of my own children of course she can stay over. It might be best having her hear they can take shifts checking on Tess during the night." Mrs. Evans said smiling. Liz smiled "Thanks mom" She said and Laughed "sorry I am still trying to get used to the whole name thing." She said and smiled.
"Well Lizzie we will see you tomorrow. Have fun tongiht. You mom and I have to get back to the Crashdown to see how things are going." See you in the morning." Jeff said smiiing. "Oh I can give her a ride home Mr. Parker it's no troubel." Max said grinning at her. "Ok see two tomorrow. Diana Phillip thanks again." Jeff said as her and Nancy made there way toward the door.
The Evans went to the door to wave to them goodbye while Max and Liz snuck upstairs into Isabels room. Max closed the door and then pulled Liz close devouring her with kisses. " I can't believe they didn't kill us and are going for the idea of us getting our own place" Liz cried excitedly. "I know! And your staying here with me tonight!" Max said breahtlessly "I know! It should... be... quite a.... night." She sighed in between kisses. "Quite a night indeed!" Max said as he arched his eyebrow and pulled her close for one more a long passionate kiss.

Chapter Elevan
It was about 11:30 at night when Max woke Liz up after he heard Tess scream in the other room from her nightmare.They both walked quightly into Max's room to see Isabel there comforting her. "How is she?" Max asked as Isabel held Tess in her arms. "She is ok. I calmed her down somewhat." Isabel said looking at Tess. Max and Liz made there way for the bed. "Max, Liz. I am so sorry to wake you." Tess said sleeply. "Shh it's ok." Liz said as she held Tess's hand.
Tess soon became more awake. "I don't think I can sleep another minute. I slepted all day." She said frustrated. "Tess it's ok. You need your rest. Max, Liz and I will stay up with you and keep you company ok?" Isabel said as she rubber her forehead. "OK." Tess said as she got out of bed and walked around the room a little bit. "Tess are you alright? We heard the screams down the hall." max said looking up at her. "Oh just another bad dream. Really I am fine." She said rubbing her arms. "Come here." Max said as he made his way towards her and put his arm around her leading her back to the bed.
Tess sat on the bed crosslegged as Max sat next to her and then looked at Isabel and Liz. Max knew that it was now or never if they were going to find out the truth. He paused for a minute and then said "You know Tess I really should see if you are ok. I mean to see if there is any damage to your head as a result of the white room."He said looking into her eyes. "Um I don't think thats a good idea." Tess said as her breathing became staggered. "Please you will not like what you see." She said as she begain to cry. Isabel looked at her. "What will we see?" She said looking to Max and then Liz. "Please. Don't make me go back there." Tess pleaded.
"Tess take my hand. We are not going to hurt you. Please you have to trust us." Isabel said as she held out her hand to her. Tess hesated and then nodded while Liz took the other. max placed his hand on to Tess's haed just above her temples. He staried at her in the eyes. "Now I need you to let your mind go blank and you have to take really deep breaths ok." Max said. Tess nodded "ok" and looked deep into his eyes while Isabel and Liz closed theres. Max and Tess staired at each other and then Tess gasped once she made a connection and then the flashes came.
Tess entered a large hallway dressed in a dark blue midevil gown her hair slighly pinned up as she walked down the corater to where three large chairs sat. The one in the middle was occupied by a large shadow that soon came into focus the closer she got to it. She could see the jewels sparking brightly on top of his head as a man dressed in a purple rob rose at her arrival.
"Tess Harding my Lord" The second in command announced as Tess stopped and cursied. "Hail King Kivar" She said as she rose and looked at him. "Aw Tess. You are back. You have completed the task at hand and for this you will be rewarded. I see your determination and strength have proven themsleves in many ways." Kivar said smiling down at her. "No dought the fruits of your labor will be much appreciated."
He snickered looking down at her slightly round belly. Tess blushed and smiled. "All for the good of you." She smiled. "Know that you are bearing Max's unborn child we must go on the the second part of the packed. Where are the royal three? I wish to see my beloved Vilandra again." Kivar said looking at Tess. Tess frose feeling her throat get very dry. "My Lord..um" Tess chocked. "Well what is it. Where are they?" Kivar said eager to hear her answer.
Tess cleared her throut and then said "they are not here." Kivar was shocked and made his way towards Tess in a rage."What do you mean not here? Where are they?" he said as his hand gripped tight around Tess throat. She gasped as she felt his grip getting tighter with each second. "Earth" She wispered. "Earth!" Kivar said as he losed his grip as Tess fought to get some air. "I tried I really did. But the human race is alot stronger then you think" Tess said breathlessy.
Kivar looked at her as rage grew in his eyes. His hand came full force against Tess's cheek." I should of killed you when you had the chance you worthless creature!" Kivar said in anger. Tess looked up at him she did not flinch or cry instead she glared at him. "All I ever did was be loyal to you. I trusted you! Nasado trusted you! I am ashamed to have killed all of those innocent people in your name you cold hearted monster." Tess said firmly clenching her hands into fists at her side.
"Guards take her way." Kivar yelled as he waved his hand to them and made his way back to his throne. Tess staired at the teo dark shadowns comming toward her as they grabbed for her arms. "Get your hand off me!" She screamed "Your pay for this Kivar! I swear you will! You will never have your Vilandra and be King! Max will be King of Antar! The true king of Antar not you! and mark my words I will do anything in my power to see that you never set foot on that throne again even if it kills me!" She screamed as she struggled to break away from the grads as they dragged her out of the royal court.
"Get her out of my sight!" Kivar screamed until the doors were closed and the room was silent. "What are we to do now My Lord?" The second in command said looking up at him. Kivar glared at him and then in a sinister tone said "We shall wait for the child to be born and then decide what to do to her. In the mean time I will make the royal three suffer until they can't take it anymore and then I will have my Vilandra as my Queen. And I shall be a great King again sobeit! Kivar said as he walked out in a rage to his royal chamber.

Tess breathed deeply as Max steady his hands on her head as the images he, Isabel, and Liz saw grew more intense.
Tess was thrown into a cold dark chamber. "You will stay here until I recieve futher instruction." The gard said as he locked the cell. "Do you always take orders for a cold harted baster? Or do you have a mind of your own?" Tess said gripping the cold steal bars. The gard spit at her and then left her alone in the dongon.
She hit the walls in a fit of rage trying to get out and then grovled to the floor crying. "Oh god what have I done" She whispered to herself as she rubbed her belly feeling the new born child kick inside her. She looked down and smiled. "I'll make sure you get out of this. I am not going to let them Kill you. I'll make sure of that." She whisperd to her unborn son as she drifted off to sleep.
Kivar made his way into the Royal chamber and went to his illumated glob. He spun it around until it turned clear like a looking glass. Soon he could see the planet Earth in his sights. "Lets see where shall I start. Well I can't go to Vilandra just yet. Hm I know I will start with Max." He said as a smile crepted across his face.
"Yes Max! I have a little surprise instore for you. But what?" he wondered to himself as he tried to devise a plan. He then nodded. "Aw the son!"The son sir?" His second in comand said. Lets see shall I send out a little destress signal." he said as his laughter and excitement grew.
"Dear dad help I am in trouble please save me" he said jokenly. "Ha Ha yes now to locate him. Oh look how sweet he is skinny dipping with his lover." Kivar said as he watched Max and Liz strip off there cloths. "I think I am going to cry. Hehe not for long." He said as his eyes glowed with a sinister light. he then sent a wave impulse which caused Max to land head first into the water. While Liz cried out and swam to him helping him on to shore. Next he saw Max wrapped in a blanket.
"Look, I told you already. He was just, like, laying there in the water and he woke up in the car. But he hasn't said a single word. You guys, isn't there d of cure for this? You guys are the aliens. Do something here." Liz cried out in concern as she watched Max shiver under the covers. "Maxwell! Hey, Maxwell! Maxwell! Hey, what the hell's going on? " Micheal said concerned trying to connect to his friend. Max sat up with a look of horror in his eyes."Something happened. I had this vision. It was my son. He's been born. He was reaching out to me. He's in trouble."
Kivar smiled and laughed "well my work is down soon Vilandra will be hear in my arms again. If I can get her brother to come to Avantar then she will follow." He smerked.
"How dare you!" Kivar said in a fit of rage. As he beat Tess in her chamber my plan was ruined he didn't leave Earth! That Bitch Liz had to ruin my plan." Kivar said as he struck Tess. "Leave them alone." Tess said as she crouch down in a coner. "They will obey me. I will see to that. I will haunt her dreams and then I am going to Earth to get Vilandra and that is final! and there is nothing you can do about it." He said kicking her as he left the cell.
Tess sat there crying as the pain from the lashes ripped through her body. She was now closer then ever to giving birth and she had very little strength left. "Please Isabel don't go." She whispered as the moonlight flooded the room.
Isabel swayed to the music at her wedding to Jessie as the band played. She was dancing with Micheal and then someone cut in on the dance floor.
She gasped when she realised it was the Man who haunted her dreams Kivar.
"stay calm and keep smiling, Isabel. " Kivar said as they danced to the music."You're not here. You're not really here." Isabel said trying to make sense as to what was going on."Oh, I am here. I've come for you. " Kivar said smiling."No. I'm dreaming or sleeping or something." Isabel said shaking her head. "May I?" Kivar said to a water taking a glass of champain. "To your happy day. And, uh... Many more happy days still to come. I'll see you soon." Kivar said and with that he vanished.
A huge portal opened to Antar as Isabel pushed Kivar in after he had followed her on her honeymoon suduced her to coming home and lead her to the portal to go back to Antar.
"Cruse you I was so close!" Kivar said in an outrage! "I will have my revenge!!" He said as he threw things around the room. "My Lord. You really out to get a hold of yourself. Might I suggest you look closer at the situation" His second in command said. Kivar looked up interested to what he had to say. "Go on." Kivar said eurging him. "Well might you ask the prisoner how and why they found out about the plan you made 40 years ago with Nascado? I think your answers will lie there." the second in comand said smiling. Kivar looked up and said bitterly "Get me Tess!"
Tess entered the great hall. Tired and weary her cloths ragged. "You call for me." She said looking up at him with percing blue eyes. "Aw Tess you see I seem to be at a kind of loss. How did the destiny book become encoaded in the first place surely the three of you couldn't do it on your own." Kivar said looking at her. "Does the name Alex Whitman ring a bell by any chance?" He said smerking. "You leave Alex out of this!" Tess said with her teeth clenched. Kivar shook his head
"My, my such a temper we have. I didn't mean to upset you. Now Tess really. You know muder is not permitted and there is a heavy punishement here on Antar. It would be ashame to see you go through such toucher. I mean after all you have done." Kivar said caressing her cheek with his hand.
Tess struggled but the gards held on to her tight. Kivar then turned around and made his way back the the throne. "So whats it going to be Tess I am giving you two options here either tell me who killed Alex Whitman or I shall pull that child from your body killing you in the process. While the heir of Antar shall remain unharmed. We can do that you know. After we are aliens unlike some others I know." He said glaring at her.
"Alright. Just please don't hurt my child." Tess pleaeded. "I killed Alex." Tess cried. "Really you. Well I woun't be surprised Nasado was the best warrior we had.So naturally I always knew that you were born to be a killer." He said laughing. "But tell me I can't quight figure it out." Kivar said placing his hand on his chin. "If you killed Alex then how did the humans tell the royal three about the pack." Kivar said placing his hand down on the chair. He started strumming his fingures across the arm as Tess looked in horror as she saw the aftermath of her mindwarps the strumming hand.
"Please jarge my memory. funny, I can't seem to remember." Kivar said as his strumming grew louder. "OK please stop. I'll tell you. please I mindwarped Alex eventually killing him and then his close friend Kyle after he died but it was Liz who figured it out and told The royal three in the granilith chamber! It was then I told Max everything about the plan the pack. Liz nearly spoiled my plan but I still had Max's unborn son. We were all about to leave but that she messed things up! I tried to love Max but she was always in the way of me getting close to him except that one night I thought I had him but know he went runing back to her! Liz was the one who told them." Tess cried in agony.

You will be placed on trial for the muder of Alex Whitman. Guards take her away!" Kivar orderd as Tess was dragged away from the hall into the darkness.

Chapter Twelve
Isabel and Liz held on tight to Tess's hands with there eyes closed shut, while Max and Tess staired into each others eyes.Their foreheads were now touching at this point as the images got more intense
Tess sat curled up in a ball in the dark cell crying as to what she just has heard. "I am going to trial" she whispered to herself through tears. All of the sudden the dungion door opened and flooded with light as a woman dress in a dark red velvet midevil dress made her way down the stairs. Her long brown hair was pinned back and she wore an embrodered cresent shaped red head piece. She crouched down placing the lanturan down on the cold stone floor once she reached Tess's cell.
"Here" she whispered as she pulled from her sleeve a loaf of bread and cheese and handed it to Tess. Tess eat the food in a hurry she had been starving for days and the food was a gift she greatly needed. She looked up at the woman after she had finished. "I hear you know King Zan?" The woman whisperd. "Yes he is know as Max on Earth. Who are you?" Tess questioned. "An old friend. My name is Serina." She said looking at the frail creature in frount of her. "Sereina" Tess said repeating the fimilar name as she looked up at her into her deep blue loving eyes.
"I was there the night that Zan or Max as you call him was killed. Vilandra lead Kivar into the city saying that they wanted peace a turice with King Zan. However once Kivar gained access to what he wanted he ended up starting a war killing everyone in sight. During the battle Kivar sent out a terribel blast killing everyone in sight including the love of his life Zan's sister Vilandra.
Once she was dead he rose to power as King of Antar. However the one thing he was missing was a Queen and an heir to the throne. Nascado heard about how your mother created duplicats of you mixing you with human and alien DNA. Once Kivar found out you were on safe on Earth he and Nascado made a pack to bring him back the royal four and a son to rule Antar once he had his Vilandra back." She said looking at Tess in the lamp light.
"Why are you telling me this?" Tess said looking up at Sereina. "Becasue I don't want Kivar to be king of Antar just as much as you do. Zan and I grew up together. He and Larek were the best of friends. I was close to both of them. They told me everything I needed to know about what it took to be a great ruler. One who is kind, loving, and justful. These were things Kivar could never understand.
You see I was Zan's cousin and if he was killed then I was to rule. However Kivar never knew I was Zan's cousin. I stayed in power as a senator. The counsil knows me well and they trust me and know my sceret. Tess you were an old friend of mine. Remember we grew up together along with Larek and Zan. When I head you were back and tourcherd by Kivar and placed on trial by him, I knew I had to see you." Sereina said as she reached out her hand to her through the bars.

Chapter Thirteen
Isabel and Liz held there eyes shut as the images they were seeing were now being transferred to Micheal, Maria, and Kyle in there dreams.
"Does it hurt?" Max said looking concerned as he looked at Liz's glowing electrified greeen hands. "It comes and goes." Liz said as she covered her hands with her long sweater as Max sat down next to her on her bed. "Am I going to die?" Liz said looking into Max's eyes frighted.
The huge hall way was crowed with people as citizen of Antar made there way into wooden seats eargely waiting for the trial to start. Kivar sat center with his second in command at his left side while the bishop sat on the right one seat down from where the queen would sit. next to him was one of Antars loyal knights while the other one sat next to the second in command like a chess board. While the pawns or the Royal Council of senators in this case sat in a semi circle on either side.
The crowd was ressless as Kivar raised his hand to quite them down while the huge wooden doors opend.
"Okay, now what do we do again?" Kyle asked Max as Liz lay on the cold dessert ground." According to the book, I can use the healing stones to amplify my powers." Max said as he carefully placed the stones around Liz's body. "If we do that, it might wipe out whatever is happening inside of her." He said looking concerned while he watched Liz lay there. "What can I do? " Kyle asked as he watched Max place the last of the stones around her."Just stay back." Max said looking at Kyle as he raised his hand above her tiny frail body.
"Order, Order." the second in command yelled as the crowd became resless again seeing the weak creature holding a new born baby in her arms as she stepped forward onto the platform in the center of the hall.
the crowd grew silent. Tess spotted Sereina in the crowd sitting with the Council of Senators and gave her a small half smile.
The bishop then rose from his seat. "King Kivar, the Royal Council of Senators, and Citizens of Antar. We are gatherd here today to dicuss the matter at hand which troubles our kingdom greatly. It is a matter of epic proporction. One that will determine the future of antar as we know it.
Standing here before you is a citizen of Antar some of you might know her. Her name is Tess Harting and the baby she is holding is the son of King Zan. We will address to the matter of the baby later the important thing is now to talk about the muder of Alexander Charles Whitman. Let the trial begin." And with that the Bishop sat down as King Kivar rose to address the accused.
"Hold on, it's working, I can feel it." max said as he held his hand steady as the beam of light hit Liz's stomach." No! " Liz screamed through the pain she was feeling." Max! " Kyle said as he looked on concer for his freind."Just a little bit more. Liz, you have to trust me." Max said looking into her eyes as the beam intenified. " I can't! " Liz screams as the pain she felt ripped through her body.
Kivar rose as the citizens of Antar bowed and shoted "Hail King Kivar ruler of Antar." Kivar smiled and then staired at Tess. "Tess Harting you have been accused of the muder of Alexander Charles Whitman. Kivar said as he was handed a scroll from the Senate.
He unrolled it and started to read. "Under section 285 of the Royal Law of Antar states that muder in any from is not accatable. If the accused is found gulity of such a crimes especially mudering another species other then her kind the accused will be put on trial and punished for there actions.The punishment might even death depending on the degree of the muder. How do you plead? Kivar said looking at Tess with pearcing eyes.
Tess looked up and staired at Kivar and in a strong and clear voice replayed "Not gulity"
A flash of light ripped through the Liz's body causing her to be thrown along with Max to the ground. Liz regained her strength and sat up."Just stop hurting me. " Liz yelled looking Max straight in the eye." I wasn't trying to. " Max said stairing at Liz hoping she was alright. Liz just staired as anger ripped through her body."No, but Max, you do. You always do. Why did you sleep with her?" Liz yelled as Max looked at her and didn't answer. How could he explain to her what he felt for her and how used he felt the night the horrible act was commeted. " Liz." Max said trying to think of the words but nothing was coming to him.
The court room gasped. "Order, Order." Kivar yelled as he staired at Tess. " It was an accident. I never ment to kill Alex or hurt him. Unlike you I have feelings. I know what it is like to love." Tess said frimly as she cluched the baby tight in her arms. Kivar sat down and staired at her as he called the senate to bring in there witness.
An older man sat down in the chair and begain to talk about how he saw Nascado make the pack with Kivar 40 years ago after learning that the royal four were still alive,and that the packed was to be followed exactually as it was written. "If it was not followed exactually then the kingdom would suffer greatly with there being now heir and all."
The man said and then looked at Kivar and the Senate. "Thank you that will be all." Kivar said as the head senater rose from his seat.
