I blushed furiously,my cheeks became warm,I didn't know where to look...what do I say,what do I do...

I had no idea what to do in a situation like this...
"I guess I do know what you mean" I replied in what was barely a whisper

My lips curved into a smile,I couldn't help myself but I was too embarrassed to look directly at Alex,so I turned back and faced Michael and Maria who were sitting opposite me.

See that everyone was pretty much finished eating... "Why don't we retire to the sitting room...I suggested. We all got up... I quickly suggested before everyone went there separte ways, "How about we all go horseback riding tomorrow morning..make a entire day of it?" I asked as everyone nodded and agreed, well that is except for Lady Elizabeth. Everyone went off in there separate ways, to wander around the palace. Leaving Lady Liz and I to fend for ourselfs, she started to walk away... I ran to keep up with her..." Do you mind if I tag along with you?" I asked but I didn't wait for her answer, I just kept up with her pace and didnt' leave her side. "Do you like Self absorbed men? or do you just like them hard to get?" I asked her as I tried not to laugh.

Hey Alex don't count your chickens...she didn't actually say she liked you.
Max says something about horse riding tommorow and I agree immediately. Any way to spend time with Isabel sounds good to me.
"So, Isabel, do you want to go for a walk in the gardens? Or didyou have enough looking at them earlier?" I asked.

"Oh right." I said. "Makes sense. So Michael, tell me about yourself. What are you intrested in? Are you a good horse rider? Will you be ok tommorow?" I ask quickly before snapping my mouth shut so I don't explode him with too many questions.

"Yes...sure I'd love to...let's go" I replied,my heart pounding so hard I thought it was going to explode
As we walked towards the door he laid his hand ever so gently on the small of my back as if to guide me the right way
There was no need for him to do that since there wasn't a crowd but I didnt' mind

I turned around to look at Max after he made his horse-riding announcement...
That damn Sly Boots!...I thought to myself,I know what you are upto but I'll be damned if I let you get the better of me this time,I swore to myself

I looked at Tess and she didn't sem to happy about the prospect of our outgoing becoming a group outting...so I leaned in and whispered into her ear...
"Don't worry we can lag behind and loose them and then I can concentrate on teaching you how to ride."

He also offered me his arm and I accepted...we walked in silence towards the garden...
The garden air was cool and a gentle breeze was blowing

I can't believe this is happening to me. I'm walking outside with this beautiful woman on my arm. Have I died and gone to heaven?
"Are you ok?" I ask.

I nodded my head at his enquiry but kept quiet...the night was beautiful and I saw no need to break the silence just yet.

It had been a long time since I'd gone for a walk at night and even longer since I had shared a walk with someone who was special or who I hoped would be someone special in the future.

I look around at the beautiful gardens. She was right. Amy's garden's really are spectacular.
