You're still here! Glad to see that there is still some activity here. I will return. I keep saying that, but I have had so little time and energy so I haven't been able to write. Please don't give up on me yet. Maybe 2025 is the year this story will be continued!

Author's Note

Hello everyone! It's been a while. More than 5 years since my last update to this story That was never my intention, and I'm terribly sorry that I've kept you waiting for so long. Not sure how many of you are still hanging around, but my goal has always been to finish what I've started and I'm going to stick to that.

Recently, an acquaintance of mine published a book, which propelled me straight back to my own writing ambitions. RL has truly gotten the best out of me these past years and I've missed writing. Hence, during the holidays I've been plowing through this book to reacquaint myself with the storyline and all the details (because one tends to forget when it's been almost 11 years since I started writing on this). And this afternoon I finally sat down and wrote a chapter. I have a couple of months now before spring comes (and I'll be getting real busy outdoors) to write in the evenings and I will do my best to do so. To get this rolling again. To bring Max and Liz back to life.

I also need to see if my editor is still up to the task of editing my chapters. Since English is not my first language, it always feels safer to have someone read through it. Especially since it's been awhile.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know. That it's finally moving again and this time I'll stick around for awhile.

Shortly after I started writing the Unbreakable series, I simultaneously started a companion piece to the story. A story from Max's POV, seeing that the Unbreakable series is all through Liz's eyes. There a couple of chapters written on that one, where my intention is to also get that one up here. Someday.
