Isabel

I looked around for Alex and I saw him with that crazy witch,draping herself all over him...Aarrghhh!I want to kill both Victor and Gertrude

I quickly began putting two and two together...they had planned this.

I kept looking at Alex hoping he'd look in my direction before Victor pulled me away to the other side of the room and then god knows where to talk.

"No Gertrude I am not marrying you! Get off me!" I tell her pushing her away from me. I turn to see Isabel over the other side of the room.

"You don't have a choice Aleeeex!" I call after him.

I stop...Thats the second time shes said that now... I turn around and march towards her. I roughly grab her arms. "What did you mean by that?"

"Aleeex your hurting meee"
"What did you mean!"

"Ask your father!" I tell him. "Now get off me before someone sees you hurting a poor defenceless girl"

I let go of her in a daze. What did my father have to do with this? I need to find Isabel and I need to find her now. I look around the room....

Isabel

I was running out of patience with Victor..."Damn you Victor,let go of me...you're hurting me." I said angrily

"I'm not a rag doll...you can't treat me like this." I hissed "I hate you!" I spat out with venom in my voice

I saw Alex and tried to draw his attention with my hand but Victor held it



Victor

"Stop behaving like a mad woman,I said I'd let you go once you've heard me out...and stop trying to call that pathetic excuse of a man to your rescue.I'm not going to hurt you.Since when did you become a drama queen Isabel?"


Isabel

"Since I found myself in the arms of a man I despise and who will not let go of me." I replied

I see a hand raise above the crowd for an instant before someon roughly grabs it...Isabel...
I practically run through the crowd, not caring who I bumped into.
I made my way over to them.
He was holding her..hurting her.
I saw red. No one treats Isabel like that. She is not just some girl.
I come up on them from behind. I tap Viccy on the shoulder. As he turns around I hit his jaw hard. He falls over. My hand hurts but I don't care.
I am seething. "Don't ever touch her!" I growl.

Victor

I felt a jolt and then I was on the ground but I recovered quickly and jumped up and threw a punch at him,it struck him on his temple

I saw Isabel grab him as he staggered



Isabel

"Stop it...STOP IT!both of you just stop.Victor I'll talk to you if that is what you want but later,rigth now Alex needs me.Now...PLEASE...leave us alone."

I turned my attention back to Alex and led him out of the room,and down to the study

I allowed Isabel to drag me from the room...but I still turn my head around to mouth at him "This isn't over Viccy!"
God my head hurts...it kills infact.
"Are you ok?" I asked.

I watched as the two of them walked away. I smirk as I go up to Victor. "Well that worked well!" I muttered in his ear.

Isabel

I nodded "Yeah I think I am." I looked at my wrist and there was a bruise on it but I quickly put my hand down.I didn't want Alex seeing it.

"Are you okay?" I asked with concern "I'll get some ice" I walked to the door and asked one of the maids to get me some ice in a zip-lock bag

Once I had it I went back to Alex and gently put it on his temple while I led him to the sofa and sat down next to him

"We need to talk about those two" I said quietly

I look at her..."Yeah we OW" I say as she puts the ice on my temple. "..do...Gertrude just said something...something that may cause yet another problem. Something about my dad and I have to be her fiance. This...its something big Is...I need to talk to him.." I said worrying.
"Are you sure your ok?" I said concerned.

Isabel

"Yeah,I just need to compose myself...that was not pleasant.I think the only way I can get him to bck off is by talking to him.He says he'll leave me alone once I hear what he has to say." I told him

I look at her. "Are you sure thats wise Isabel? I mean...I couldn't stand myself if he...if he hurt you again. I don't....I don't want to lose you" I say before looking at the ground.
