Can someone do my a sig with bubbles on it?
It has to be bright - maybe light purple as a background with multi coloured bubbles.

I'd like to speak with the person who made me this siggie banner

I think it was PM'd to me, and I totally can't remember who it was (sorry!). But I just got a note from the mods that it's 768 pixels too large for the siggie rules. Can whoever did it (or anyone who knows anything about this sort of thing) let me know how to shrink it?
