Roswell Fanatics

Hi, I'm writing a fic set in San Francisco and I was wondering if there was anyone on these boards who is living in or has lived in San Francisco and would have some knowledge of the area. Most of the story will probably be set around the Tenderloin/Nob Hill, but as I've only seen pictures and read internet touristy descriptions of the place I feel like I'm at a bit of a disadvantage.

So please please could someone come and be my San Francisco guru??? Thank you so much in advance!!!

I've been there numerous times on family trips, but I've never heard of that part of it. I can help a little, but not a lot.

Which parts of SF did you go to most often when you went there?
