Killjoy: Congrats! I am always up for a new computer. I changed mine too many times that i lost count.
At work, an old guy came to get his papers done and he seemed like a normal guy. But then he started chatting and get this: he's a MILLIONAIRE!!! I was surprised. He was way too humble. He said he started his business in 1997. It was kind of awesome to see this guy who changed his life at an old age.

Ran in my first outdoor race today!
I'm used to running on a treadmill at the gym but this was the first actual outdoor distance run I've ever did! Even had to have one of those number things on the front of my shirt
Anyway it was a 5K (3.10mile) run.I finished with a time of 27:37,came in 50 out of 113 people and third place in my age group!

It's been a kind of stressful 2 weeks for me at school. I'm actually making myself sick just thinking about everything going on. I need something good to happen fast.

That last sentence, with the little sad face... left me a little
sad, and concerned... I just had to comment.
Whatever it is, April, I really do hope things turn up for you soon.
In the meantime, hang in there, and remember to breathe.
Been experiencing a load of stress myself.
I find music good therapy, sometimes, (when I can get it, that is).
With the electronic devices in my life repeatedly breaking down and
refusing to work that seems to be in short supply these days.
Anyhoo, an upswing will eventually come around,
and you'll have your something good.
Until then, do what you can to NOT let the stress overwhelm
you too much. Especially if it's affecting your health.
Take care, April.

I'm over two months late, but...
Congratulations on your first race, Killjoy.
I think it's pretty cool that you've made running part of your lifestyle.

Re: How was your day/week/weekend?
Well, as I have told many of my reviewers, I finally went back to work this week. And I was a busy little bee my first day back, and I think it's gonna be early mornings every other day from now until the end of the school year
