Links in E-Mail notifications

Hi,
A few month ago I started having Problems with the E-Mail notification Link that is sent when a new post is made.
It’s always the first Link ( If you want to view the newest post made since your last visit, click the following link….. ) that isn’t working, the others work just fine.
When I click on the link it seems like it is trying to connect to the site but runs into a timeout. I have this Problem with all my subscriptions.
