Maybe putting a link to Work by Author in the Author's profile? Maybe under the Website link? I get so tired of having to go through every page just to find or not find the author that I am looking for.

That would depend entirely on each individual author. I think it's a good idea either for Website or a link in the signature.

This is a great idea for those that aren't utilizing the WWW part of their profile but like Angel said, we can't make them do it.
