Okay, this takes place in second season...but it is very AU.
Tess is not evil, and she didn't kill or mindwarp Alex. In order to explain where Alex went we're just gonna say he was really in Germany. And Future max never happens.
During Viva Las Vegas, Tess is upset over not knowing where she stands with either of the boys: Max or Kyle. While in one of the casinos, she bumps into a handsome stranger, Dean, to whom she feels a immediate attraction, and not just physically. But she can also tell tat something isn't exactly right with him, sensing that he's a hunter, and he can sense that something is off with her, but also feels the same attraction. All night the two can't stop looking at, or fantasizing about the other...which leads to a one night stand.
Eventhough they both feel the conncection they're both too scared to elt the other in, and so Tess dissappears back to her hotel room in the middle of the night, just chalking it all up to experience, but she never can get him off of her mind.
Fast forward to the Prom. Tess is excited when Kyle asks her, thinking maybe she can finally stop thinking about Dean, but at prom realizes that she only has sisterly feelings for Kyle, and it's just too weird.
Meanwhile Max has been working on remembering things from abck home and is feeling an inexplicable pull towards Tess, though he knows he's not in love with her, he's in love with Liz. Tess in her desire to forget the stranger, falls back on old habits and allows herself and Max to feed the illusion that they have a relationship. Things get carried away and they end up sleeping together, like in the show.
Tess starts to realize she's pregnant, and the whole idea scares her, not to mention everything feels weird about it, and she's not sure why, she assumes it's becuase she's alien. From the first time she lays her hand over her belly, she knows that it's Dean's child. But being scared, and despite everything still a teenager, she doesn't know what to do. Afterall she doesn't feel like she could come clean to everyone, so she mindwarps Max into thinking it's his. And into thinking it's sick. It's the only thing she can think of to not have to do this alone.
However, all the while she can't stop thinking about Dean. And she has dreams about him...and he's usually fighting, and that confuses her. And unbeknownst to her, she is haunting his dreams, as he dreams of ehr pregnant.
They are about to leave in the granolith to save the dying baby when one by one, it all falls down like a house of cards, with everyone not wanting to leave the one they love behind. Including Tess. So they all get out of the granolith and go home.
Feeling like she has no one to turn to, Tess packs up and leaves that night, not able to do this alone, and feeling as if the Valentis wouldn't want to help her if they knew the truth, Tess leaves in the middle of the night, leaving only a note behind to explain it all.
She's on the road alone for a little over a week when the first demon attack comes. And she knows that whatever it is that is attacking her, is attacking her because of the baby she's carrying, so she goes in search of the baby's real father: Dean.
This leaves Max and Liz to try and get over the Tess thing and work everything out, all while Liz's powers are developing and she's receiving frightening visions about the borthers, the baby, and Tess.
Kyle is mad at Tess for not trusting him and his dad, as well as at the others for always pushing her away. Now he's lost his sister.
Isabel and Alex, are, as always, still trying to figure things out between them.
Michael and Maria are still Michael and Maria, only lately Maria's been the distant one, while Michael's been trying to make things work since giving up his home planet for her. And he finds that frustrating. The player can decide why she's pulling away.

Age: 18
Personality: Jane is pretty antisocial, but she's never rude. She just really likes her space, and has been hurt in the past so is very conscious of who is around her, how she can get out of a situation and who she can trust. However much she'd like to gain friends and some kind of family she can't bring herself to let anyone close enough to really know her.
Bio: At a young age she learned never to put her trust in someone who seemed too good to be true, her father had left before she was born and when her mother remarried the guy seemed wonderful. He said and did all the right things, worming his way deep into their lives until one day Jane realized that he was after something else entirely. He thought she had something he needed and to this day she couldnt' figure out what it had been.
For years after he left them her mother began acting stranger and stranger, never told Jane what had been going on but apparently whatever it was had been happening since before she was born. A few weeks ago her mother was killed, it had been ruled an accident but Jane knows better, and she has an idea of what made her mom unhappy for all those years. She has something to prove and she won't rest till she does.
