i thought he might have been in the room. It was very random though. i wonder if they will do another one since it never really ended.

I always thought short films were supposed to be kind of weird and have no closure to them. They aren't exactly supposed to be watched, just to be watched. They should come with a warning: Interpretation Required!

My take was that the carjacking experience was a kind of eye opener for her character. Sitting on that bus stop bench, looking at the world around her, she realized what kind of person she was becoming, and she didn't like it. So, consequently she starts making changes: calling off her wedding, breaking up with her fiance, blowing off her friends, etc. I think she let the carjacker go, because in a way he had helped her. And at the end when the waiter asked her if everything was ok, it was an open ended question. When she nodded, she wasn't just saying her meal was ok, she was saying her life was ok.

Of course, I may have read into it a little too much. I'm a college student after all, and English requires interpretation of EVERYTHING we read...

Hmm, film premiere on the 17th, ay? Spring Break is next week... and Vegas would be really cool!

Carjacking's story was simple and well done. Shiri was lovely in it.

Not sure if this topic/comment goes here BUT...

I just watched the last episode of Six Degrees where Shiri's character, Anya, breaks up with Steven the photographer and I just couldn't help thinking of one of my absolute favorite fics Burning To Feel by Sylvia37. I can't give away what happens in Sylvia37's story but suffice it to say I could imagine that as a scene she could have written for Liz & R.
Anyway, if you've read the story you might agree, if not, read it, let me know.

R. is Steven right..except I imagined Liz like sitting down with him and like stroking him and breaking it. Oh wait..I forgot about the steps. Yea I can see that. But not on steps.

But did you find it weird to see Shiri the way her character was. So sexual. I dont know, it was hard to watch. I'm just so focused on Shiri and Jason being Max and Liz..it's hard to see them elsewhere. I dont find that with Katherine/Isabel. I Love Grey's Anatomy and her character there. Weird...huh
