Yep. According to IMDB she was named after her mother's best friend, a woman named Michael.

And then there was Michael Learned, who was the mother on the Waltons and also did a bunch of guest spots on Scrubs.

Sean can be a girl's name too.

And if you think about it, Jim is short for James which can also be a girl's name. And I think that I remember a girl called Brody in a tv show once.

So that's pretty much all the main male characters who have boy/girl names.
