Hi everyone!

I've read posts similar to yours. It seems that readers really didn't want the story to end there… Well, I'm honored by your reaction, but in truth, I don't have any plans for a sequel to "Hell's Gate", especially not one that has baby Zan as a lead character, I'm sorry.

I always took baby Zan's fate as an adopted human in New York pretty much at face-value, so it never occured to me to write a story about him.

An idea did come to me as I was writing "Hell's Gate", but it's about Max and Liz and their 'sleeping cure'. Liz's explanation to Maria about it is pretty short, but my mind was filled with thoughts about how that moment came about for them: when, why, what were they talking about before they fell asleep, etc.

I'm not sure I have enough material for a short story… or if it's gonna be a vignette, instead… As soon as I'm able to organize my thoughts, I'll start writing it.

Until then, I'll focus my entire attention on "Everloving".

While I would love to read a sequel, that's fine. I'll be waiting for "Everloving"

Familial exudative vitreoretinopathy.

This is the name of the monster that has plagued me all my life, and particularly since June 1st… the monster than may rob me of my sight.

Now I know how Beethoven felt when he knew he was going deaf. All I lack is his genius, LOL!

I only hope and pray that I can still finish and post "Everloving", somewhen around next May 14th.
It's not a 9th Symphony, but it's been keeping me sane.
