Winging it it is then. I reckon we can definitely make time for Krispy Kremes. There's *always* time for Krispy Kremes... Collins St store is tiny compared to Narre Warren, but that's to be expected, I guess. I can PM the address for the La Porchetta I'm thinking of to anyone who needs it - I don't ...

Yeah, I'd say we're meeting up. We got the date set, I reckon. And since everyone seems good to go on La Porchetta, I think we're good fun a lunch meet. Maybe we should count numbers and book a table ahead, so we definitely have somewhere to go? Or should we just wing it? Happy bday in advance, Vee....

Hey all! Heh. Even Craig came in before I did! By the way, have I mentioned how much *quieter* Adelaide is than us? It was practically dead. On the other hand, it was still school holidays for them, so I didn't have too many kids running about. Recommendation: When travelling long distance by train,...

There's a few... One near Queen Vic markets, one near South Yarra station, and there's also a Pizza Hut on Bourke St (One on hand, I get staff discount at PH, on the other, LP tastes better :)) If we go to Queen Vic, we can do shopping, too. (That'd get Xmas out of the way!) I'm good to come in when...

I can just see your parents now, Vee... "You're going to meet people you know from WHERE?" Lol. Probably not the best thing to do, telling them. Holidays are good. We were flat out today because all the school kids were celebrating end of term with junk food. I'm going to Adelaide later th...

I'm *fairly* certain Vee is east.
I'm in the west. Zone 1, which makes my transport relatively cheap.

PS. How *is* baby Isabel? They're so adorable when they're little. Though James (now 3) looked a little ETish when he was born...

Hey all! Vee, Tracey has been very amused by all the congratulations from random strangers (to her) that she's been getting. The babies are gorgeous, and as soon as I figure out how to put pictures on here, I'll do it. I know how you feel about school, btw. Last minute homework's a bitch, isn't it? ...

Yeah, I never thought it'd be something like this, either. Actually, I never really thought about it. I figured he'd survive to be a grandparent and retire. Stingrays are dangerous...but it's incredibly rare. According to a news article I read, it's one of only three or four reported accidents. Anyo...

Steve Irwin, Croc Hunter

Aussie icon Steve Irwin passed away late Monday morning while filming a documentary in Queensland. A stingray barb pierced his heart and he was rushed to hospital, but pronounced DOA. While not loved by all, he will certainly be remembered by all, as websites and radio shows have been flooded by res...
