The time in controlled by the server, not the board. Anytime anything happens to the server, the time gets messed up and it's not really a priority. I've requested them to go in and fix the time again so hopefully it will be back to normal shortly.

Not fixed to my satisfaction yet, but glad to hear people are starting to get notifications again.
